Very rude on the phone, not helpful at all. I'm glad I called to speak them prior to going a head. Manners don't cost anything.

Jonathan and his team did a wonderful job to make my settlement go smooth as possible they answered all my questions and kept me update with everything I would highly recommend farleys if I need them again in the future I would definitely go with them :)

£2000 paid to them for nothing, service wasn't paramount but money was.
I paid £2000, for nothing, they were so slow they cost me the sale of a property and charged me £1000 for the pleasure. I got charged another £1000 for a new lease that was required by the third party and despite numerous requests for the lease I have never received it. Do not sell or buy a business via Hylton Smythe and use Farleys as a recommended solicitor. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never answered or returned calls but were quick enough when they wanted money.
