Be careful, they are a bunch of scammers. Even if you pay for the insurance for the customs tax refund they will never give you the money back. And on top of that the mobile was defective. Trust me, don't buy anything from them.

Cuidado con esta gente, son estafadores profesionales. Pagas por el seguro para que te devuelvan el impuesto de aduanas pero solamente te dan largas, jamás devuelven el dinero, llevo meses intentándolo. Eso sin contar con que el teléfono era defectuoso. Unos ladrones de tomo y lomo.

Direkt nach der Bestellung (außerhalb der Öffnungszeit) bemerkt das es die falsche Version von dem Handy war das ich wollte. Versucht die order zu stornieren per Mail und per Chat. Per Chat wurde ich dann am nächsten Tag nach einem Ersatzartikel gefragt, doch zeitgleich bevor ich antworten konnte bekam ich die Versandbestätigung....Ab da kam weder per mail noch per Chat eine Reaktion.

I have bought one phone in this store, this phone has arrived. The quality is good, with cheap price, I like it. The customer service is excellent. One question is shipping, it makes me wait for a long time. Hope they can change.

They are the only company have a two defrent version for the same product!!!!!!
I bought letv le1 pro from them after I saw the specifcation of the original product. They send another one like original and sayes there are two version. White package (fake) and black package (original). They send the white package without some accessories and defrent details was written on this fake package like screen resolution , ram ,....etc
When I told them. They replied that is two defrent package. The white for sell and the black for store. Ha ha ha. !!! And give me discount $5 if I buy again from them.

I have bought one Xiaomi phone, came way much faster than expected and everything was great. They always so polite and kind. Although was a problem with a defective item, it was solved by Fastcardtech AfterSale Support, Good service!
