I have ordered one HDC phone, price is very cheap, service is very good. very reliable and fast in shipping. The communication is very good.

They have very good customer service staff, I have not experienced any problem while communicating with them. I like it very much!

I have bought one phone in Fastcardtech, price is cheap and service is good. Only question is shipping, I have waitted for a week. It is the only question. I recommend it.

I made 2 orders. First was a meizu mx4 . Best price in internet and it arrived fast. BUT the box was missing the genuine-security sticker. The touch screen was not working and so the phone was unussable. After long contacts i send back the phone and i lost the shipment cost and some accesories cost that i bought elsewhere. I was refunded and so i made a second order as i thought that it was a random bad moment. Second order were 2 brand new meizu mx4 pro 16gb phones. They arrived in perfect condition this time and i was very happy. BUT again serious problems started. One of the 2 phones was android 4.4 and the second was 5.1. I upgrade the older android version with the meizu update system and now i had 2 working android phones BUT with Chinese version android without Greek language. Both of them were installed the Chinese and not the international android version. You can say that i had to be more careful so i start to look more on the phones. So i checked their imei and serial numbers AND i found that one of the phones had fake imei number. It was using the imei number of Samsung SM-G3812 phone And this imei number exist not only inside android info but also inside phone battery with sticker - which means that there is a designed fraud for this situation. So the phone is refurbished or stollen. I dont believe that they sell stollen phones. If i was informed that they sell refurbished phones i might have not buy them. I bought BRAND NEW phones and i had the demand to be like this. SO IN CONCLUSION when you buy from fastcardtech BE PREPARED to receive what you pay. NOT a good item in the best price in market but a suspicious item in a price that seems good BUT ....FINALLY the phones where not accepted by Meizu system and paypal made the final conclusion to send it back for refund. But in this way i loose extra shipping money.

I bought a meizu mx5 from them on November 2015. Not only the order came incomplete, (Tempered glass and eu adaptor were missing) but also the phone started unexpected shutdowns a month ago. After a series of emails I shipped back the phone and demmanded a refund (of course first I made sure that they supported refunds on defective products). They first told me that they will fix it and be patient. Then they told me to sent me another model instead (with worse specs). Long story short still nothing about my money. I can't believe these people run an eshop. Their responses are ridiculous. I regret trusting them with my money and I strongly recommend you don't.

Edit (because I can't reply to fastcardtech's reply): If I publish the emails we have been exchanging these 6 months people will see why they should never trust this site. Only to tell you that they sent only 1 reply per day in order to let the days pass and some times it was several days until I got a reply. They asked my if I was ok with 20% re-stocking fee, I said yes, and then instead of finally returning my money they send another mail asking if I want another model instead. And a couple of days ago they asked me if I am ok with 30% re-stocking fee. I am telling you the so called support is ridiculous. They just waste your time and patience in order for you to give up.

I have bought one phone in this website, Fastcardtech is very serious. The phone price is very cheap, shipment arrived quickly, excellent customer service. Will definitely use them again

The two times I've ordered phones from here have been smooth transaction. Yes, the time it takes for your item to arrive will take weeks (3.5 weeks for my last free shipping) but the phone arrives in perfect condition, just as described and pictured, and in working order here in the US. The reviews are misleading however, due to a system in place when submitting questions for a particular phone (you're required to rate while asking a question???). Other than that, I will be making future purchases from fastcardtech.com, their prices can't be beat and they carry quality brands ie Xiaomi.

We ordered 2 phones from the site 30 days ago and the package has not arrived we have checked the tracker but after not working for 3 weeks it seems to be stuck at the first step now, i'm starting to worry
(the maximum amout of time to deliver was 30 days)

I ordered a Xiaomi Mi5 GOLD. I paid extra money for the color.
After 1 MONTH I received it with a WRONG color, it was Gold ROse (PINK + gold). They didn´t want me to refund me the extra even they did a mistake.
I paid extra money for the shippment in order to avoid taxes (I ended up paying taxes anyway and the delivery was ultra slow).
Aftersales service team: Slow and they dont offer good solutions to problems they create. Avoid this webpage under any circumstances. Do not trust them, they fail, they dont solve problems, etc...

I ordered the phone from the site of S8 that LENOVO A7600 arrived at 29.04.2016. always shoot a video, which I get to avoid being cheated. After opening the package, I saw that they send an old used phone without protective patches, heavily scratched, not working touch screen not working OS LEWA (which is not the original operating system on LENOVO) maker LENOVO needless stated to apply the warranty on the phone has to be with the original operating system on a Lenovo. I tried to talk to the fastcardtech.com customer service, but I lied and humiliated for 20 days, that they were going to return my worker 10 $ phone. I sent them a couple of times video for proof that the phone is not working, but there was no answer. I opened a dispute through Pay Pal, and the decision was in my favor, but you have to give the old, scratchy not working phone for which I paid 20 bucks out of pocket for transportation. For me it's not normal to pay for a new phone to get the old phone is not working, and to pay the return and no one is interested in what had happened, provided that the phone must be in warranty. 20 day nobody offered me a replacement or repair it tells me is fully aware of what they sent. Acknowledged that they sent the wrong phone for repair and that was their mistake, broken phone from one month in the Chinese post office but they didn't take it because you have to recover the money, the nerve of this hoax did not stop here, my pal pay dispute closed with the lie that trakink number is invalid without me warning and most helpfully given them my money in their pay pal account so participated in the theft of my money write boldly without worrying because I have collected evidence and I have informed corresponding services. I went to read the review for this site here
and I was surprised at how many people have lied not working with old phones scheme of fraud and it is this part and pay pal who must protect the buyer money by stealing all the Money. deceived must be returned and the deceptive site closed.YOU CONTINUE TO LIE AND DECEIVE PURCHASERS HAVE EVIDENCE FOR YOUR LIES.BY LAW YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HOLD MY MONEY FOR AN OLD BROKEN PHONE, I DID NOT ORDER THIS GENTLEMEN THIEVES

They did 1 month to accept my payment.
Even when they accept my payment they sent my package after one month.
When the package finally came to me but in more than 2 months since i paid for the smartphone was damaged and all my items which i paid for were missing. None of them were into the package.
I returned the package after 2 days included the pink invoice (which they asked me to include to check if they really forgot to put the missing items into the package) and also they asked me to send them a paper which into it i have to write which items were missing.

When they finally get the returned package after almost 15 days they told me that they wont send another smartphone but i have to wait until my smartphone comeback from manufacture's service.
After 1 month they sent it again back to me.
When i received the package i saw that the smartphone was working well but even this time my items were missing again.

Since then, im still trying to convince them to send them to me but they are denying this and they are asking me to send them via email this pink invoice which they asked me to send it back to them with my returned package.

After almost 6 months since my payment i still cant receive my order as i want and i paid for..

I received finally my smartphone nearly at the end of August and after 3 months I sent it back again cause it stuck at boot.
Asked for a refund and their response was that I used my smartphone for over 3 months and cause of this, I can't get a refund.
It's been over a year since I first ordered my smartphone and I used it only for less than 3 months and they trying to steal me.

Shame....

You can get all the mobile phones you want at Fastcartech and their trade in program is great. The prime video service is great for the price and service.
Only negative thing in terms of Fastcardtech is if you are a casual shopper and want to spend $20 here and there you need to get the prime service otherwise you are going to be incurring shipping cost with slower speeds and none of the extra benefits of prime

I placed an order for a Blackview Ultra in August 2015. It arrived in September. Order number SN2015080183197. In March/April this year the rear camera started playing up and finally isn't recognised by the phone and doesn't work at all.I contacted the helpline and over a period of 2 months I keep being asked for a video of the problem, which I send, then they tell me it's a broken camera which I can send the phone back for. I ask for an address and the reply is "please send us a video of the problem and an explanation". I do this again and then I get the reply that the camera is broken and they will repair it. I ask for an address and the reply comes back "please send us a video.............. This is utter rubbish service. I need my phone, I like the Blackview but Fastcardtech.........nah. 15 emails from me, 8 posts to the next nine support and numerous attempted phone calls which aren't answered.I doubt I'll ever go there again.

I bought two phones in November for an interesting price (LG G3 for less than 200 USD a unit).
One phone works (even if the battery looks to be dead, yet!), the other one does not and never worked (black camera and rebooting more than 20 times a day). The customer service told me to check many things like making a video of the trouble, doing a factory reset, trying a hard factory reset with the LG PC Suite and so on... We talked during several weeks and they finally accept me to return the phone. HOWEVER! When they received the phone (around 20 days later as I live in France), they did not want to refund me because the delays of three months (hidden in the terms&conditions) were passed. This delay is ridiculous with such a shipping distance and when the customer service does everything to slow down the process and make this delay outdated.
I thought PayPal protected me but I was wrong. PayPal simply told me that they cannot process to the refund as the condition for a refund are not covered.
Today, I paid $200 for the phone, $27 for the return fees and $15 for the repair. And I am pretty sure that I will receive the phone with the same reboot or battery defects.
No refund, no exchange, no quality, crook client service. I will never order anymore and I regret having ordered (I will never order phones in china moreover).
