George did a great job with our extension plans, and really helped with communication to our local authority when we received pushback on the initial design. Both he and Kate were really responsive when we needed to make changes and helped me through the whole process.

Fast plans are just that, very fast and efficient. Very easy to work with and provide great communication throughout with additional clear and useful guidance.
They certainly take the stress out of planning.

George, Kate and team were super communicative, and managed to get our loft plans approved first time (in a conservation zone).

We were recommend Fast Plans by our contractor and we have been really happy with the whole process. The team really listened to our feedback and were very patient accomodating our changes. They produced the plans really rapidly. The whole process was great.

The building survey for our loft converstion was organised very efficiently, with minimal disruption to me and my family despite us all being in the house at the time.

The architect plans were put together very quickly and Fast Plans were on hand to answer any questions we had over the phone and were also prompt with replying on email.

Fast Plans provided clear, step-by-step instructions on what the planning approval process was, as well as a comprehensive overview of any additional measures I had to take (party wall agreement, building control, etc.) to ensure that there were no delays to the start date of our building project.

George came highly recommended to us. Our experience started well enough, but once payment was made, then the cracks started to show. We had to chase to get drawings that weren't included in the original plans sent, emails were not always responded to, incorrect information was given regarding the sizing of insulation needed for the extension, and when the steels were ordered, and the measurements were incorrect, and was then subsequently blamed on the builders, costing us extra,delaying the build by almost a week, and fabricators were now having to come to our home to make changes, we'd had enough. No apologies were ever received, but new drawings were sent over with the changes made to the steels to now show correct information. Would not recommend after the service we received.

We engaged Fast Plans to draw up plans for a loft conversion. From the off George and Angela were always available to discuss the project and broke down every part of the process clearly so that a novice in such matters (like myself) was able to understand the technicalities. They were quick to answer any queries, always emailing me back the same day, and completed the various stages of the process, including submitting the plans with our local authority for planning permission in a timely fashion. All in all the entire process was efficient and hassle free and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fast Plans to anyone considering a project of this nature.

Very straightforward process, Fast Plans holds your hand through the whole process. I like how simple they made the designing, drawing and planning application process which is often quite a daunting project to undertake!
