FERADJE レビュー

The quality is amazing and the team answered all my questions quickly and clearly.
Keep up the good work !

High quality products and I would love to suggest to friends and family.

Really beautiful abaya. Next day shipping. Great material quality. My only concern was my abaya has a floral embroidery pattern stuck on the end. the embroidery has lifted so I bought glue and stuck it down. I haven’t worn it yet but I know that the embroidery won’t last. Next time I’ll buy one without a pattern

Successful shopping site, an extraordinary cargo service. thanks FERADJE.

The quality of the items are brilliant and the customer service is first class. I have always been complimented with a Feradje garment on. I have become a loyal customer because you can find an outfit for literally every occasion.

Great quality materials and really helpful customer service.

Express delivery £7 but still took quite long to arrive - not pleasing on slow delivery

I posted a review in 2018 and got a reply in 2020.
The reply doesn’t really help. You’ve now reviewed your delivery fee but any thought on refunding me anything in return due to not a customer friendly service. I don’t think to recommend to anyone or buy myself in the future if this is the service that I’m going to receive.

Received dispatch email with tracking details then told item was out of stock and a substitute was sent. Protested and was told the order had not been sent yet. Had to insist on a refund but got a lot of haggling attempts. Don't put out of stock items on the website then make customers have to argue for a refund. Need to double check I got my money back as it apparently takes three days. Waste of time and too much stress. Don't email and phone asking me what I want you yo do when you've taken my money. Awful experience. Never again.

Very lovely designs and such timely delivery. Amazing value for expensive material. Exceptional customer service.

Great product, happy with all the items. Fast deliver, great quality clothes.
Overall am very pleased with the store, will continue to patronise them.... Thank you
