The product ordered was not what was supplied. What was pictured and sent to me for review looked very much 'yesterdays' stock with sub standard and tired blooms that did not identify with the advertised bouquet purchased.
Customer service at Fig and Bloom, upon receipt of my email response of disappointment, admitted that stock was not available but proceeded with the order.
Surely with both an email address and telephone contact one would assume contact via Customer Service to the client would have been a first response in being unable to proceed with the said order.
In fact at no stage has anyone from Customer Service called to discuss the matter.
I must admit to exceptional disappointment and also advise this was a total waste of time and money.

Ordered flowers for a funeral and the delivery failed twice. Flowers were taken to the post office instead of being delivered, no card was left, and there was no communication for days.
The flowers were never received and the entire purpose of the order was missed.
Refund was eventually processed, but the overall experience showed a complete lack of care, accountability, and basic service. Would not trust them with any important delivery.
I will NOT USE Fig and Bloom again.
Im sorry I didnt refer to the reviews ( as some have said). I arrived at the hospital just in time to see the flowers for my daughter arrive. The option to have a vase was weird as the vase was in the box beside the flowers?!? I thought the flowers would be in the vase?? The flowers were scarce, droopy and all together disappointing ! Made to feel worse by the amount of money I paid for an online image that DID NOT represent what I received!!! I will NOT USE Fig and Bloom again.

I regret not consulting the reviews beforehandâFig & Bloom appear to have significant customer service shortcomings. My order was never delivered, yet my payment was processed without issue, and I received a confirmation email falsely stating that the delivery had been completed.
Attempts to contact the company for assistance proved extremely difficult, and there was no acknowledgment of the problem or offer of an apology. A refund was only issued after I persistently requested one.
I would strongly advise against using this company, regardless of how professional their website may appear.

No better than servo flowers
So glad my friend isn't in the country to call passed and see what she wasted her money on. Even if it wasn't half dead the bouquet is no better than servo flowers.

Avoid at all costs. I spent $180 on a bouquet for a relative after the passing of her husband. No flowers were EVER delivered, they do not respond to emails, and their phone number goes straight to voicemail. This is the worst customer services I have ever received.

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for delivery for a birthday. The website looked impressive, however, when I received photos of the flowers I felt embarrassed at what was delivered. Spent over $130 but the bouquet looked like it cost $30. I understand not every delivery is great so reached out to customer service three times via email and their website form...each was ignored. Avoid and use a better florist!

The website looked professional showing fabulous choices of bouquets of flowers. As I was ordering from the UK, I thought it wise to use an expensive florist to guarantee a stunning bouquet along with a good service. I was wrong.
The delivery date was late by 4 days and although my friend was very grateful she sent me a photo of the flowers when she finally received them, they were very underwhelming. I felt embarrassed!
Communication was very poor with this company. Iâll definitely be looking for a different florist to use in the future.

Avoid this florist if you want your flowers delivered on time. Bad experience with communication. I called the day after delivery was due; they said it was dispatched, but nothing came for days. Paid $120 for the Lucerne bouquet to comfort my sick dad, ended up stressing me more. They didn't communicate well about the 'emergency,' adding to the frustration. While emergencies happen, the lack of timely communication was disappointing. I have compassion, but it wasn't communicated when I called or for many days after. Good communication is key, especially for occasion-related flowers. Quick advice <3 keep customers updated, say no if you can't deliver on time, and be upfront about delays as they happen. Awful experience
I ordered a Lucerne bouquet for a friend following the passing of her father. The bouquet delivered looked cheap, poorly put together and wholly different from what was advertised on the website. When I complained, my concerns were dismissed as "unfounded" on the basis the bunch had the required number of stems. They failed to grasp that anyone can assemble flowers - the point of paying to use a florist is to have it done artistically and professionally. The end result was not what was represented on the website and not worth the money - it frankly looked like I could have bought it from a supermarket. I strongly advise against using Fig & Bloom.

And they added cheap common pink carnations rather than the dramatic and exotic flowers advertised. Just yuck. Never again. So disappointed. Iâd rather they contacted me and told me to choose a different bouquet than send a substandard one at this price.

Really disappointed with my experience, I live in NZ, and organised a bouquet for my Sisters birthday, she is in Sydney.
I wanted her to be surprised and sent them to her work address, as she is an essential worker. I wanted her to feel, spoilt and feel special, I emailed F &B several times chasing up the flowers, I had to call my Sister and let her know as it was close to her finishing work, the flowers arrived after 5pm as she was leaving! They cost a lot so you expect good service and value for your money and F&B selling point is great service and flowers. She loved the flowers but wondered if they would last long as some of the flowers looked a bit wilted? I hope your company stands by what you promise as you unfortunately missed the mark.

I ordered the WOW flowers for my motherâs 70th birthday because I couldnât be with her for her birthday. I live in England and she lives in Sydney and Covid 19 got in the way. The bouquet was supposed to be special and beautiful and last for awhile.

We had a really disappointing experience with this florist & the service from Kellie was atrocious. We received a vase of flowers on Easter Thursday and by Friday morning they were wilting! We watered them immediately but by Saturday the flowers were dead. I left a message on their answering machine on Saturday and expected to receive a response after the long weekend. However, no one returned my calI so I contacted them directly. I was shocked at Kellie's response. She was rude and unconcerned about the flowers & actually blamed me for not taking care of them. After a really heated exchange she promised to call me before the end of the day but I did not hear from her. Instead she emailed my Son who had sent the flowers even though I had told her that I didn't want him to know about our bad experience! She was full of excuses and more interested in writing an incident report! Terrible customer service and will never recommend them!
