All the worry and pressure taken away
The service and customer care was fabulous,I am not computer literate but was talked through procedure patiently and calmly ,well trained and professional service

Great to begin but FWG are unable to facilitate telephone appointments and it is difficult to get through on the telephone or get a call back, especially at a time outside of working hours or at a time when you have the required information and evidence prepared and ready to discuss. My payments, earnings and holiday entitlement were miscalculated leaving me with false arrears and a breach notice being issued, whilst my complaint is still in progress. My job and pay changed during the pandemic and this has lead to the payment being far larger than originally agreed and is now unaffordable, and I’m being offered very little support in resolving my issues. It took approximately 3 months for FWG to lower my payment amount whilst the complaint was being handled and I now feel I am being forced to breach the agreement due to the false arrears calculated by FWG. Communications are sometimes by post, sometimes by email and I don’t always get a response to my queries. I will be making a complaint via the government complaints gateway and seeking advice from the financial ombudsmen as I feel I am being neglected due to having paid all of the service and management fees owed to FWG.

I would highly recommend. I have had debt advice from other companies previously and always felt pressured into making decisions I was unsure of. So previously I've just ended the calls and put off sorting my debts out.
This time round I am so glad I used financial wellness group. Danielle was fantastic and was very reassuring. I have extreme anxiety with phone calls and she always checked I was ok, or carry on our phone call another time.
I was then passed on to Jay who went through the application for a DRO. I was nervous about it, but any questions I had were quickly answered. He made it very clear on how the process would work.
I've now been accepted for a DRO and feel like a weight has been lifted.
Thank you to all the staff that helped at financial wellness and Gregory Penninton. I will be forever grateful.

From start to finish they were amazing, everyone I spoke to was helpful I can’t name just one person and non judgemental.. supported me all way through and thanks to them in 12 months I’ll be debt free… highly recommend. I can now sleep at night.. thank you so much ❤️

My circumstances changed and I could not continue with my IVA. I called them and they supported me to get a DRO debt relief order. The process was easy and totally hassle free. They put me at ease and communicated everything with me so I understood the process and wasn't left wondering whats happening. I would totally recommend 100%.

I cannot express enough how the financial wellness group has changed my life. I was drowning after a period of personal issues that greatly impacted my wellbeing and mental health. Throughout the procedure, the staff that I spoke with gave me every option: explaining each thoroughly; this helped in choosing the correct option for myself. Most importantly, the staff were supportive, understanding and non judgmental encouraging me to take all the time I needed throughout such an emotional time. I now feel thanks to this wonderful team that a dark cloud has been lifted and I can move forward in life.
