I cannot express the competency and continuity of this organisation.
They gave me clear direction of what documentation I needed to provide and were exceptionally focused on the clients needs (that being me).
The team spirit was very apparent they would give you a main case worker but if that worker wasn't available they would look at my file and continue with what needed to be done next.
They all appeared so calm and very experienced.
Highly recommended and a genuine 100% as a service over all

They are most incredible, especially the ninety day free of mind will make you relax with no disturbances.
Samantha and her team where absolutely great to me when they were preparing my Dept Relief Oder (DRO) and today, i can say I am a free man walking down the street thinking no longer that someone is following me financially to collect their debt.

I can not thank Tom Gibbons at FWG enough for the help and support he gave me when going through my debt relief order. I first consolidated all my debts back in April 2018 with this company and I’ve paid off what I could afford. They have always been very supportive and understanding over the past 4 years. I’m about to give birth to my first child this month which meant I could no longer continue on my plan because it was financially unaffordable. I was recommended a DRO and Tom was so helpful and quick and processing my application form and today it’s been approved :) Thank you so much to all the team at FWG.

Very good service I've received from a very stressful life and mess I got myself into.. with an easy clear phone call which took just over a hour with all my woos n moans.. I was in a financial mess with nowhere to turn to until I found out about the Financial Wellness Group and their DRO programme. Within little time and excellent customer service I was on the road to becoming dept free.

Quick easy steps to write off your unaffordable debts.
I got in touch with National Debtline who referred me to Financial Wellness.

My financial advisor Jay requested all of my debts, then explained what options I had. He also informed how long the whole process would take if I acted that same day.
Jay was very supportive, understanding, and he kept in contact throughout the whole process.

I chose one of the options, emailed him a few more documents, and paid the fee. I signed the form and Jay then sent the application to the Insolvency Service which was on a Thursday.

I received confirmation on Monday that my application had been approved.

I am very happy with the whole process, and have informed my friends about Financial Wellness.

I was off work with long covid little money trying my best to pay my debt I had been in an IVA for nearly three years when my financial situation changed with not enough money to live on yet alone pay an IVA when I was advised to do an DRO ? Set up for people like me it was all done by kind people who kept me informed and now I can sleep at night again I would greatly recommend this to anyone struggling at the moment
