Jon bennett here used this company to do my Iva they done a perfect job even when I was starting to worry would highly recommend them to anyone so helped me rebuild my life

If I could give 0 starts I would, I have an Iva that has been going on for 6 years, I have been trying to end this since 2020 I keep being fobbed off and led around in circles saying I owe a further £4000 even though I have sent wage slips, bank statements and evidence to show I can’t afford to pay anymore I’m literally living on the breadline I get rude messages on the chat app and they don’t want to listen to you if your struggling all they care about is getting their money, getting this Iva was the worst thing I’ve ever done this company doesn’t want to help you with your debt they want you to end up worse off financially

Soo I basically paid of all my debt and then I get a email saying I have to pay the shortfall but all this was sorted for that last year where I would be paying my arrears well as my debt now the debt is finished it’s not right why they are asking for more money I completed this Iva it’s not fair for me to go through 6 years of paying to find out I’m still owing money I thought at first yes I’m debt free I can relax for thew days I was feeling great again and felt at ease but nope you had to burst that bubble and now I’m gonna have to go to citizen advice and get a obudsman so this gets sorted and also shouldn’t be paying more then I have thanks financial wellness group

I have been on a debt management scheme since 2013 and over that time pay 107 a month 32 goes to company for so called admin and to handle my debt affairs in 2016 I contacted them as I had to take early retirement through ill health had cancer and a leg amputation a few years later they say they do a review of account and that's part of the charge I didn't do reviews as I asked will it reduce debt and was told no I had 2 debts with inland revenue one was for child tax credit debt we informed them and the tax man charged us 7176 to payback this we had no option but to put on the scheme debts before that amount were about 6500 pounds in 2013 this brought debt to over 16500 pounds which at 75 pounds a month being payed will take over 16 years to pay das was on a limit of 10 years al the company ever could offer was longer period to reduce monthly payments I wanted it payed off after 9 and a half years I still owed over 7000 pounds so I decided to phone inland revenue up to be shocked to find that they weren't pursuing the 7617 pounds debt and the wellness group have been paying 40 pounds of my money to them for over 6 and a half years so you can see why I'm fuming my debt would have been paid off years ago had the wellness actually contacted the creditors who I've found ate willing to negotiate after paying over 3600 admin over 9.5 years I'm fuming as I've paid all this extra money snd nor had a good service for my money they don't listen when I phone and seem to think they have done a good job I made 1 phone call to find out the debt was erased as you can see I should have had a better service for the admin costs I have pleaded many times to see if they could reduce the debt as I can't work my health isn't good after radiotherapy and I could do with this problem gone as I have enough stress with my health I'm hoping shaming them on here will sort this problem out and erase the debt completely

Rang days ago. Stressed out. I received an email requesting me to upload two documents, which I did immediately. Then I spent hours on the phone and live chat trying to simply get a list of documents required. They stated that they would call me back but never did. Thank god I went to the Moneyplus Group who dealt with my application immediately.

Honestly one of the best things that I have done. After a very few horrific years I contacted Money Wellness after my IVA was no longer affordable. The support and help I got was second to none.

Not only did my advisor help me with my debt but she always supported me through talking about some hard things that have happened in my life and found me further support to help me.

When I spoke to Jess I was no in a good place but now I see a little light at the end of the tunnel so I’m so grateful for that

I have just received my completion certificate after 5 years. Although the last 5 years have been understandably hard i must thank Freeman Jones/financial wellness group for making it so easy. I found the whole team sympathetic and very professional. I cannot recommend this company enough for people that unfortunately find themselves in the same predicament as i did. I sent a message them via their website, received a reply the next asking if they call at a convenient time. Changed my schedule and asked them to call me back the same evening at 7pm.
7.10 nothing, 7.20 nothing - eventually got a call at 7.23 - after being told my timeslot request had been booked. Anyway couldn't hear anything and mentioned that it was a bad line, and the call was late. Nothing, no empathy, not a care - I terminated the call as this was not giving me any confidence whatsoever.

Today - 31st January I received another call, I was busy and told them that they didn't bother to call me when they were supposed to.

Started using this company when it was just Gregory Pennington and never had a problem with them. Every assistant I spoke to treated me with respect and gave me sound advice. I never got a call or a letter from any of my debtors they dealt with everything. I'm now debt free thanks to them.

Solid, easily explained advice.

Any company that a) cold calls b) uses an American accented voice mail system can NOT be good. I have blocked them and reported via HIYA as spam caller

Awful! My ex partner already paid her debt in full long ago, but every time she asks for certificate, you tell her she owes more money, it's £6000 apparently!

Have to say this company was great when I initially contacted them in September 2020 about an IVA. Very helpful made me feel things where under control actually I felt the anxiety lift thinking I was getting the help and advice I needed. Well things changed in 2021 when the first review was due, this highlighted some real issues with the administration of my account, the information I had sent ie wage slips bank statements etc had to be sent on numerous occasions as they kept saying they hadn't had them. I of course sent all the same documents again and again because the yearly review needed to be done, although it was irritating knowing I had provided the information they wanted when they wanted in the first place it had to be done. Anyway they finally got the review done and told me I had to pay an amount of over £1000 due to the earnings from some work I had done in the year, I knew this was not right so telephoned and spoke to a very helpful lady who seemed to know what she was doing anyway after sometime on the phone she discovered that I actually only owed just over £50 apparently whoever had done the review had done it wrong she assured me that all was sorted and not to worry. Well here we are in 2022 review time again filled in the I&E form sent it back in August only to be told over a month later that they hadn't had the I&E form back but I had a confirmation email from them acknowledging received??? Another apology followed they the started the process of the review. I then received communication from them stating that I appeared to have a loan which I had not provided any paperwork for and I was paying £54 a month for. This was a surprise to me as I don't have a secured loan contacted them and explained the £54 a month I pay out is my portion of the council tax because it had increased from £48 to £54 I suggested that I may have made an error when filling in the I&E form by typing on the wrong line but as I couldn't access a copy of the form I couldn't prove it a young lady kindly said she would look at this and get a copy of the form sent to me I never received a copy and the review has been done in November. Although it is late I don't mind as long as its done. Spoke to a very nice lady on the telephone about the 8th November regarding the review she informed me that I had to pay £175 due to earnings in the last year and as I had a tax refund this also had to be paid to them I know I have to pay them if I get extra money but I was told it was 50% of anything over £500 imagine my surprise when she said they wanted 100% I did question this but she was adamant but because I can't see this anywhere in the documents I was not comfortable with this she suggested increasing my monthly payment for the remaining months so that this tax refund will be paid over. I have no problem paying what is due. Anyway it was agreed I would pay £158.20 per month from December. Surprise on 28th November seen a letter stating that as I have a secured loan which I pay out £54 a month for and I had not supplied any supporting documents (AS I DON'T HAVE A SECURED LOAN I CANNOT GIVE SUPPORTING PAPERWORK THE £54 IS MY COUNCIL TAX PAYMENT PER MONTH)for this they will be increasing my monthly payment to over £231 from January. Once again imagine my surprise when I have already spoken to them months ago about this, also why was this not mentioned in the conversation I had about the 8th November. Just to make it worse I have just looked at my account and see they are intending to take £191 in December (£158.20 was the agreed amount) this has been altered without any discussion or contact. So I have emailed the customer services but not had a response yet am not confident they will address this issue it nay be too difficult for them to process or maybe they will lose the email and say I have never contacted them who knows? I am finished now my stress levels and anxiety are off the scale because I feel it is pointless. I am due to retire in May 2023 so I will have my state pension and my small army pension and another small private pension but it appears FWG will be taking a large portion of this.
Just to be clear I DON'T HAVE A SECURED LOAN I HAVE NOTHING TO SECURE A LOAN AGAINST ALSO I AM IN AN IVA SO CANNOT GET A LOAN. THE £54 IS MY COUNCIL TAX PAYMENT I MUST HAVE ENTERED THE INCREASED COUNCIL TAX PAYMENT ON THE WRONG LINE IN ERROR MY APOLOGIES I AM HUMAN I MAKE MISTAKES SOMETIMES. BUT AT LEAST I ADMIT MY MISTAKES UNLIKE YOUR COMPANY.

Thank you Tom and Jay for helping me through the application. I was assured by Jay about the process. My experience with FWG had been excellent. My mental health was so bad worrying especially when I could not make ends meet. Worrying all the time everyday. I will refer FWG to my friends. I can get on with my life now. Thank you so much Jay for taking me to the final process. The stress has stopped. Hopefully the letters will stop too. Excellent service from Financial Wellness Group.

Every member of staff I spoke to were excellent they were all so professional and absolutely gave me the best advice particularly Samantha Knighting.

Can't thank the staff enough, from the first call I made for help to sort my debts out, wish I'd of done it earlier. Very friendly and helpful staff, who explained everything to me in detail and decided a DRO was my best option. Everything has now gone through and I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Thank you.

They were very friendly and understood my crisis, the information and service was a huge off my shoulders, now I can sleep relaxed at night and I don't need to worry about anyone knocking on my door..... thank you so much..

They was very friendly and put me at ease. Also was available to speak whenever I had questions. Highly recommend for people going through major financial debt etc.
