Matt and Samantha were brilliant they understood and made my life easier,i was in a lot of debt. They always called me bk when we made an arrangement never late to call me.very professional lovely to talk to nothing was to much trouble so happy to have got I contacted with them.

They change my life. They help me so much. Great people who listen and don't make you feel bad about beeing in debs. Such amazing understanding. Such a relief for me as i didnt imaginethere is help out there for me. Thank you so much for Financial Wellness Group for making me feel safe and again happy.

Amazing quick and simple process all sorted within a week

These guys are amazing, was on the phone for around 3 hours collecting information, these guys were their the entire time in the background, very polite and professional.

They where brilliant to start with, very helpful and reassuring but once i signed upto a DMP they didn't seem to care too much anymore. Still receiving debt letters 12 weeks on and they stopped replying to my emails untill I contacted customer service and it seems my adviser doesn't work for them anymore but I wasn't told about it. Still stressed about my debts because it seems so little of what I'm paying is paying off debts.

Staff were brilliant in talking me through my whole application. If I had any questions I could contact them very easily.

Over all They are very highly recommended.I have completed my DMP very happy for it.I have loads of complaints and problem with them for nearly nine years,Mostly every year i did make a complaint and negative reviews but with all of those issues they are very quick resolving it.They will take all issues and problem seriously.They will even let their manager handle your issue on very high outcomes.The will reall reassure you everything will be sort out to make you feel at ease and comptable.Big salute to all of you.Thank you soo much!!! Very professional excellent service hassle free application

So for the past 5 years, I’ve been dealing with mental health and debt problems. It came to a point where it was over take me to court or bury me underground. I am now in a much better place and after speaking to FWG I am now on a DRO and on the road to a brighter future!
Mike, Sam & Jay have all been a massive help to me! They helped from Day 1 all the way til the end, the instructions and advice about what to do if I have unwanted visitors and phone calls to keep me calm. During the process I did receive scam phone calls from companies who were mimicking that they were the group, but the guys really did help me and let me know that this can happen, but it will all stop soon. I am so very grateful and so happy that you guys have been able to help me on this journey. thank you so much.

As someone that struggles to deal with this sort of thing, these guys made it so simple, mine was a while ago now and I wish I could remember my advisers name now.

I can't express enough how much this company helped me I was so stressed out with all the bill I had and Gemma and Jay the 2 most amazing people I've ever spoke to help me out so much without any judgement. I had enforcement officers at my door ringing me constantly and I felt so confident and comfortable because there is nothing this officer could do I now have a DRO in place and I'm stress free and happy with where my bills are at now thank you all so much.
