I have had an established relationship with Finanti for several years and they are my number 1 go to Brokers for speedy professional and personalised service.
Their process is efficient and they have access to wide range of financial organisations who can be responsive as their customer would like. They have just arranged my second investment short term loan this year, which is helping in the growth phase of my business. Fantastic Team , Jess and Gary to name two.

Excellent service from Finanta again, repeat client, Jess is particularly helpful and professional and always available to speak to if needed, would highly recommend them as broker and will definitely use again in the future.

The process took a little longer than I hoped but with lawyers involved what else would happen! Finanta helped us all the way along the tricky path and we raised the necessary finance. Friendly helpful staff there whenever you need to speak to them

Jess and her team were extremely on the ball with our loan application, paying attention to all the fine details and always available to respond to our queries. Thanks to Jess we secured our loan within a relatively short timeframe, just after the Christmas period. It was a very smooth process indeed. I strongly recommend using Finanta for your bridging loan application.

I unfortunately I used these for a multiple bridging loan which was supposed to be fast, it wasn’t. It was difficult to get Hold of people on the phone most of the time.
Despite 80% of the funds been repaid well ahead of schedule the last loan was going to go slightly run over the date. They activated the default and the charges and additional charges they in-forced on me was extortionate to say the lease and boarder line legal.
It was clear they want this to happen to top up their investment.
I would never use these again - they are basically loan sharks in suits.

The team at Finanta do everything to make things a smooth as possible. Although it took some time to get to completion, no fault of Finanta as soon as everything was ready it was done the same day. Jess was always progressing things with all parties and looked after us very well.

I would highly recommend finanta as a lending firm. I was in unforeseen circumstances and if it wasn’t for them helping me so quickly I could have lost my home.

I dealt with a Ben Sabih at the company. I have to say the experience from start to finish has been excellent. A friendly, supportive and professional company that took my individual circumstances into mind when deciding my case.

Over the last few months Finanta led by Gary, has put a considerable effort to address our requirements in a difficult funding market. Even after the potential lender made an offer there were still legal complications which were ironed out by Finanta. It is good to have such a determined team supporting the applicant.

I made an application to Finanta for a bridge loan. It was the first time I has heard of this type of loan. I did not want a long-term loan and this suited my needs.

The loan was to purchase land behind my existing property. It was an opportunity to extend and I wanted a quick loan. The whole process took 4 days including paperwork (application and submitting documents), approval, and receipt of funds.

There is a brokers fee which is to be expected and it's nominal. They were friendly, polite and helpful with the process. Nothing more or less.

In case you are wondering, I am happy with my experience and I was asked if I wouldn't mind reviewing Finanta. I agreed. I always ask the same thing of my customers to review my business.
