Prince made me feel at ease from the moment we spoke. I don’t think people understand quite how detrimental these situations are to your wellbeing. He took total control as soon as he gaged I was in a total panic, he gave me reassurance in a professional manner, therefore making me feel a load had been lifted. Although he’s not standing with me today the advise and knowledge he shared are a massive help. And I know if needed he will support me further. Many thanks, would highly recommend this service

After discussions with Sakkeena, she agreed to give me a full refund. I am hoping that through this experience, she can update her knowledge of UK law within the remit of which a Mckenzie Friend is able to provide and not promise services that are meant for Solicitors only. Thanks for the refund.

Sakkeena Sultan contacted me from Mckenzie Friend after I was enquiring about drafting a consent order for me, as I didn't want to use solicitors. This lady said she is experience as she worked in India as a high court lawyer. After paying her £230 to draft the order, she did not follow UK standard template and after several weeks, my consent order for divorce settlements was rejected by the UK court because there were so many mistakes on the document and the appropriate court language was not used or template followed. I am very disappointed with the service received and shall not be using it again.

I started my family court journey with a large solicitors firm and was alarmed when they explained that the 'normal course' was to respond to my ex partners false allegations with false allegations of my own.
I then spoke to some McKenzie friends who appeared to understand my position better before settling with findaMckenziefriend as they seemed more organised and informative than the independent McKenzie friends I had spoken to.
From the start I had a better understanding of court processes and procedures and knew our stance throughout. This meant a lot during such a turbulent time of my life and is huge in comparison to the lack of clarity and dread I faced due to the encouragement of dishonesty in Family Court I had experienced previously with the solicitor.
In the end the outcome was only affected by the direct access barrister we used at the final hearing who acted unilaterally l, somewhat to my detriment, but the damage caused was limited duento the professionalism and diligence my McKenzie friend displayed throughout.

They helped me in a child arrangement dispute all the way for fixed fee. Professional and friendly service!

Mr. Dominic is a calm, measured person who provided support & assistance resulting in a successful outcome in Court. I have no hesitation in recommending his services. Excellent communication, extensive knowledge, making me feel assured.

I contacted MF on Friday, 1st August 2025, regarding a very urgent matter to enquire whether they could assist me with appointing a solicitor to prepare a short expert opinion on a Non-Hague Convention country visit. Their team member, Prince Dominik, advised that a payment of £120 plus VAT (£144 in total) was required and assured me that the amount would be refundable if the service could not be provided.

I proceeded with the payment; however, a day after the agreed date, I was contacted by someone who informed me that she was not qualified to provide the requested service. I then requested a full refund, which Mr Dominik refused, stating the payment was non-refundable. I pointed out that this was not what I had been informed prior to making the payment. He then proposed a compromise by offering to refund only 50% of the amount.

I have since raised a dispute with American Express and submitted a formal complaint via the MF website. Furthermore, Mr Dominik falsely claimed that I was threatening him simply because I had requested a refund and informed him that I would be raising a dispute and submitting a review.

In light of this experience, I would not recommend their services under any circumstances—even if offered free of charge—due to the inconsistent and unprofessional conduct, as well as the lack of transparency in their terms and communication.

The most experienced Mckenzie Friend so understanding for child law cases, genuinely wants to help to see your kids.

Prince Dominic was fully involved and passionate. He dealt with my concerns promptly and effectively. Although the matter hasn’t finished today there is light at the end of the tunnel.

If I had the option to give no stars, I’d do it. Keep your money. Prince Dominic is the worst, I’ve paid £700 just for him to tell me he can’t attend the court hearing with me at the last minute, and I can’t even get my money back.

The guy is rude and doesn't have a good personality. He will keep on asking for more and more money but he doesn't spend time to get the work done. He threatened to stop the work a day before I had to submit my papers to the court! He asked me to write a 5 star review for him and his company so as he will give me my documents to submit to the court. He got his apprentice to do the job and I was able to submit the papers 2 days past the deadline.

He also didn't turned up to the court 50 mins late and was showing anger towards me and left me half way during my hearing as he had another hearing in a different courtroom that same day.

I can't believe that someone will take my money and treat me like this and I even lost my case. I wouldn't recommend him at all!!!

I applied for a McKenzie friend 2 days before my hearing. I felt that Dominic had read my information and case notes thoroughly. I felt supported throughout the hearing itself. Having someone there helped keep me calm and helped me to focus.
The other party's solicitor tried to be sneaky and discuss and negotiate before we entered. Her demeanor changed when I said I would be waiting for my McKenzie friend before I made any decisions.
Our case ran on for the rest of the day, luckily he could accommodate.
His negotiation skills against a pit bull of a solicitor were excellent.
I highly recommended for people who cannot afford usual legal fees. The support before and after has been very much appreciated. I would have been lost without it!

After I contacted the company and told my case, they responded very quickly and helped me. They were very kind and responsive. They prepare their customers so that they always feel comfortable and safe.

As I’m not from England, leaving an abusive relationship without help is very difficult. However, Prince has been very helpful even in the weekend during a moment of panic. Thank you for your ongoing support, I’ll be more at peace until the hearing.
