We're currently focused on launching the new version of the platform, which includes a redefined KYC system. This new system is designed to better monitor who’s posting, reduce fraudulent activity, and protect users from exactly the kinds of risks you mentioned.

You're 100% correct— no one should ever move communication off-platform, especially to unverified channels like WhatsApp. When users report this kind of behavior, we investigate and take action if it violates our Terms of Service.

Hi Zeeshan, we're sorry to hear you're feeling this way — we appreciate you being part of the platform and understand your frustration.

Just to clarify, posts are only removed when they've been reported by other users and our team reviews them and confirms they violate our Terms of Service. Common violations include taking communication off-platform or posting wanted listings where the poster isn't the actual end purchaser but is acting on behalf of someone else (such as for a finder's fee).

We know it's disappointing, especially as a paying member, but these rules are in place to maintain trust and fairness across the platform. If you believe your post was taken down in error, feel free to reach out to our support team for a review — we're happy to take another look.

We did email you back regarding your issue. Upon reviewing your account, we noticed you signed up for the VIP program on FindersFee.com, which offers a different set of benefits and does not include access to the VIP Telegram chatroom.

We take our platform's reputation seriously and want to correct some misinformation. A lot of users don't reply because there are thousands of people eager to help, creating an oversupply of those looking to earn the finder's fee. If you want to spend hours looking at the comments and posts on social media, I recommend you do. I'm offering $1,000 as a finder's fee if you can find any evidence that we bought followers or have fake posts. Feel free to email support@findersfee.com with what you come up with.
