This is my second time using Find My Car and I have had another fantastic car and experience. I knew what I wanted from the get go, I needed a bigger car due to growing my family and Glenn found me the perfect car in 24 hours. The process was fast and Glenn made it easy for me to exchange my car in as I was in negative equity. The car was delivered to my door within 10 days… I would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back in 4 years time! Thanks again

Fantastic above and beyond customer service
Fantastic customer service and the team were really lovely with my Dad in helping him with a replacement vehicle following an accident. We needed a particular make and model of a car, which we found on Autotrader. And from then on the whole process was really smooth and efficient. The car came with full paperwork and we couldn't have asked for more. Shane was brilliant with my Dad in ensuring he was fully happy with the vehicle, going above and beyond in making sure the vehicle was ready in time. Thank you so much for taking real care of us at a very difficult time.

AMAZING
Our experience with findmy.car was made very easy on buying our next car. Ted was with us from start to finish, nothing was any trouble to him no matter what time of day I contacted Ted. He gave us 100% and more. I would highly recommend anyone to them. I must admit I was a little nervous but Ted was absolutely brilliant, he found me the car I was looking, delivered exactly when we’d arranged and thank you Ted for the lovely chocolates. From start to finish this was the easiest way to buy a car. What a great idea ! Ted, is a star ⭐️ He gave me first class service from start to finish. There was never any pressure and he never offered any cars over the budget I had. After a couple of weeks he found me exactly what I was looking for and a couple of £££ under budget ! Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done professionally and with a smile 😃 He even delivered at 07:30 so I could get to work on time ! Glen Saxton from Find My Car was very helpfull. This company work through What's App at first I was apprehensive but now I am very grateful They did not only find me an affordable car they found me finance as well irrespective of my credit score

My experience on purchasing a car from findmy.car
I had been looking for an Audi A3 for a good couple of months, but I could not find one which was the perfect one for me, that was until I came across the findmy.car advert on auto trader. I took a good look at the listing, did a few checks on the car and even had other people do checks on it and it seemed brilliant. I had got into contact with them to arrange a viewing and if the car had been as described, I said I will take it. I was greeted on the phone by Shane who I spoke to more about regarding the car, any questions I had or anything I was worried about, and Shane had instantly reassured me by telling me that there is no pressure with buying this car and that it was totally upto me, instantly I felt relief. I had arranged to come and see the car the following Saturday and got a phone call the next day to say someone was interested in purchasing the car the same day, I was distraught as that car was the perfect one for me. I had time to think and spoke to Shane and asked if I could put a deposit down and if I do not buy, the car could be sold to the other interested buyer, Shane agreed which I was over the moon with, I was treated like a king when dealing with Shane and realised after that call that customers always come first with this company! So I went the following Saturday, I met Shane who told me all about the car and I was able to take a really good look at it before making a decision. I was offered a cup of tea/coffee and a warm place to discuss the deal further. Shane allowed me to take the car on a test drive, and instantly I knew this was the right car for me. He mentioned once again that there’s no pressure when buying with him and that’s exactly how it felt, I did not feel at all like I was being forced to buy, it was all in my control and it was a sense of relief. We then went inside and had a good conversation, this felt like I was being treated like a good friend and I was able to speak openly and ask any other questions I had about the car which were answered in-depth, and that’s when I decided that this is the car I will buy. We sorted out the payment and he even showed me his own car and offered advice as to which modifications would suit my car and now i’m in the process of making them happen and it feels amazing! I’ve never felt this way when buying anything, and i would highly recommend findmy.car to anybody who is struggling to find the right car for them as Shane will will help you find the best fit for you. There was never any pressure, and I can say honestly, this was the best piece of customer service I have ever received and I will definitely be using Shane when buying my next car, such a top man, 100% honest, reliable, and trustworthy, and for anyone looking for a car, this is the place for you!

Dealt with Ted from 48hrs after my no…
Dealt with Ted from 48hrs after my no fault accident. I had really specific requirements with regards to a replacement vehicle but he was so understanding and really listened to what I needed. He worked around me and found me a great replacement, delivered quickly after securing it (lovely and clean) complete with some flowers and chocs which was a lovely touch.
Great service and really helped with replacing our vehicle after such a stressful incident. Would definitely recommend - thank you Ted :)

Wonderful car buying experience
Haven't changed my car in 10 years so was very sceptical about the process of buying a new car.
Shane put me at ease straight away. He went through every detail and ensured I understood every part of my purchase. He went above and beyond and made sure I was happy with every stage. No hard sale, no jargon, just care and attention to any queries that I had.

Absolutely Amazing Service From Shane!
I cannot recommend Shane at Find My Car Approved highly enough. He went above and beyond for me, even opening on Christmas Eve so I could view the car—something most people wouldn’t do at that time of year. Despite facing tough personal challenges, Shane remained professional but also incredibly kind and accommodating throughout the entire process.
On the day of collection, everything was seamless, and Shane made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. His warm and genuine approach made all the difference, and I truly appreciate the effort he put into ensuring everything went perfectly. Easy five stars!
Ted was brilliant from start to finish, you could tell that he really cared about making sure that the vehicle was of a good standard, and that I was happy with it. Really friendly and positive, and was a fantastic experience - it can be a little daunting buying a vehicle remotely, but Ted made it easy and stress-free.

Great experience
I was apprehensive buying my new car using this process but Teddy went above and beyond. He reassured me about the process and explained how it all works, he put loads of time and effort into sourcing the right car for me and delivered it to my door with chocolates and flowers, what's not to love. The car is exactly as described and meets all my requirements. If like me your unsure about buying a car this way, then rest assured if you trust the process you'll be happy with the experience, no pushy sales pitch or trying to get you to buy anything you don't need. Teddy at FindMy.Car will forever be my car guy.

We unfortunately had our car written off after someone drove in to it when it was parked up. So the company that had written off the car nationwide accident hire put me in touch with this fantastic company. Glenn @findmy.car gave me a call I explain that we was wait to find out how much we was going to receive from the car that had just bin written off before we could give a a budget on how much we could spend unlike most people in the Car Trade he didn't push or trying suggest that we get a car sap he get left with plenty of time to find out how spending needs and how much we could spend upon telling him the exact amount that we could spend and how much we could put as a deposit he then founders the most wound full ford kuga in our price range at no point was we pushed in to a car or made to feel pressured in to one. He got us the right car at the right price and did all that he could to get it to us before the hire car we had. Had to go back work with us on everything and gave up dates on it delivery date. Me and my partner can not thank them enough for there help and the car we now have thay made a bad situation that we was in Fantastic by finding as the perfect vehicle
