Long term customer now leaving for another provider.
One of our filters broke making the other one redundant as both need to be changed at the same time.
Just spoke to the mist dismissive, disinterested, man at FinerFilters, who was only interested in repeating himself and cutting me dead. Patronising, dismissive and frankly rude.
Will not be dealing with this company again

I have used Finer Filters several times over the last 5 years. I had them recommended to me and I have recommended them to my family and friends. We have ALL been happy with the products and service so I am genuinely surprised by the number of negative reviews and can't help wondering whether they are all genuine. I have always received my orders promptly, been updated by email, good quality products and reasonable pricing. We have moved house recently so have just reordered my favourite filtration system from FF for the new kitchen. As usual, no problems. My order was received promptly. On the occasions I have made direct contact with FF they have been super helpful. I had a really positive phone call today that prompted me to leave this review. I spoke with Anthony as I was unclear what tubing I needed to connect my new filtration system with a new tap that I had ordered elsewhere. Anthony took the time to look up my tap online, work out what I needed and completed the order there and then over the phone. It is such a rare and pleasant luxury in this dehumanising day and age of 'online chat' and bots (or simply no customer service) to be able to pick up the phone, speak to a human being, explain my issue and for them to be pleasant, professional and patiently solve the problem for me. Thank you so much Anthony for your help today.
Also, another review on behalf of one of my friends that has used Finer Filters for many years: He is 90 years old and doesn't do 'online' so he phones them up for a chat, tells them what he needs. They always take good care of him. He is a hard man to please but always loves the service from Finer Filters! :)

There Sediment 5 micron filter only has one picture of item and looked like the push fit one but when arrived it is complete different fitting they are not sending free return label even when their photo is misguided your better off buying from ebay or amazon same price or cheaper with free returns dont use these as misguiding.
Also there is another feedback here saying they only lasted 2 weeks and limescale was showing their very bad anyway let alone their advertising picture

Avoid! they do not cover costs of postage when you ask for a refund.
if you order something and do not want it any longer, they will not pay for postage.

Problem is constantly Recieveing emails even after unsubscribing several times. Ended up adding to spam. What a shame as I was going to purchase filters every 6 months
But don't need the hassle!!

I have bought from them Inline Softening Resin Water Filter for Limescale and Hardness Removal for just £11.99 but after 2 weeks this stopped to do the job and limescale came back. At the time I wrote review on their website with honest opinion says that 11.99 just for two weeks is expensive solution but after reviewing my opinion they decided to not add it on their website. This means they only let positive reviews to be added on their website. After not even 1 year We had disaster at our brand new renovated kitchen. The filter casing cracked and leak was so big that we have nearly lost thousands of pound as everything was flooded with water. Thanks to quick reaction we have saved a lot. I can't even imagine what could have happened if we wasn't at home ...
I regret there is no option on trustpilot to add the pictures as I wish everyone could see what happened.

I recently bought a booster pump for my reverse osmosis filter from Finerfilters, and the next-day delivery was a real advantage. The pump works very well, filling my tank in about 25 minutes instead of nearly 2 hours with the previous one. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.

Excellent service who replaced a whole Tap assembly for missing 2 small parts in very short time.
This was an installation upgrade to replace their 5 filter model which had given good service for many. years and is still very serviceable.
Highly recommended.

Don’t recommend it for anyone keep doing mistake with the order and they just good to say apologies each time

Finerfilters press button chrome water spout 

I purchased this, online, because the water spout was exactly what I needed to provide a fresh water supply for cleaning teeth and for drinking water in a bathroom. I have 2 cold water feeds, one for handwashing as it was from a water storage tank and the other off the mains for teeth cleaning etc.
When I received this, I really liked the quality, however I was in no real hurry to install it as the bathroom was still in the design & construction stage. So, when I was ready,

Initially, I emailed, was told they don't have any connections to a 22mm BSP. So, I telephone and explained it need not be to 22mm BSP fitting, but I needed to be able to connect to bottom of the threaded shaft of the fountain which had a 6mm compression joint, but with no olive supplied. I asked for suitable connections to finally  connect to 1/2 inch BSP threaded connection. I was completely blanked out by their representative, and even though l explained exactly what I needed, the person I spoke to was extremely unhelpful and didn't want to know. 

I am not a novice at plumbing, but as consequence of the lack of help from fine filters I have now spent 3 months trawling the Internet & visiting plumbing suppliers trying to find suitable connections. I found a motorhome builder who spent time trying to assemble plumbing items, and when he was unable to do it, he suggested trying a hydraulic company.  An agricultural vehicle parts specialist also spent time researching solutions. and was able to supply an olive for the compression joint for just 59p! I have now assembled the four items that are needed to connect the fountain to my sink, but no thanks at all to fine filters who have been no help whatsoever!

Disappointed their phone customer service is so dreadful when the product is good

Aftercare was absolutely shocking, several phone calls to be told different things by different phone operators, product seems to be ok, but a serious look into there aftercare team is needed. Avoid

I have used the Newton Fluoride and Limescale Reduction Gravity Water Filter for approximately 18 months and thought they were a good filter, previously I purchased directly from Newton Filters and from Amazon. I purchased some replacement filters at the beginning of June 2025, upon receiving the filters I noticed that the packaging had changed, however the filters looked the same. I set the filters up as per instructions and as I had previously, I noticed straight away that these filters were not working well, the previous filters gave scum free tea for several months, these have made no difference what so ever. I reached out to Fine Filters Customer Service and gave them a generous 2 weeks to reply and have received no response, going forward I will not use Fine Filters, I'm unsure if they are using genuine filters, cheap copies or have a bad batch of filters, because they don't respond I will buy filters from Amazon.

I recently purchased a whole house salt free limescale filter, the staff answered my queries to make sure I was getting the right product, I was a little apprehensive as the taste was different when first using but after running some water the taste got better and now tastes great like our Brita filter, (the filter was a 3 stage filter which includes a carbon filter like a Brita) A few weeks on we notice our taps stay clean (used to get water marks on a few days after cleaning) My wife says the water is nicer to shower in and we also drink fresh odourless and great tasting water through the tap.

Can’t fault the Company, I placed an order which I received quickly, unfortunately, I ordered the wrong filter; Chris was super helpful, I returned the filter for credit and purchased the correct filter which was also promptly delivered. No hesitation in using them again when I need another filter.

This isn't a review of the product, since I never received it. When I asked to get my money back, the seller agreed easily enough. But then - nothing. 4 weeks, no refund, and they weren't responding to my emails anymore. I had to claw my money back through my credit card company. Avoid

I am disappointed by the limited information I received from your employees. I called today to inquire about the fittings required for a specific water filter I was considering purchasing from your website. The representative I spoke with seemed unhelpful, repeatedly stating that if the parts weren't listed on the site, they weren't available.
He repeatedly stated this without verifying the filter type I intended to buy. How could this happen?

Therefore, I informed him that his assistance had been inadequate, and it was unproductive for me to conclude the call without the necessary information. He then chose to obtain the SKU code and investigate my request. However, he subsequently reported that the fittings were unavailable and immediately inquired if he could assist me further, seemingly dismissing my concerns.

We concluded our call, and after spending an hour searching your website for the correct fittings, I finally found the 3/4" - 15mm pushfit with the assistance of a plumber. As it was listed as available, I placed my order.

My question is: why do you employ individuals who are unwilling to assist customers, particularly when I explained that this was a new experience for me and I was simply trying to place an order? I felt that he intentionally refused to help me. Is this your standard customer service?

Bought a tankless FF system via Amazon. After 9 months the filters needed changing. After I’d changed the filters the red fault light came on. I contacted FinerFilters UK and after a couple of emails to and fro, I spoke to Chris. It took a couple of weeks for them to make the decision to send me a replacement unit as they honoured the 1 year warranty. I found Chris very patient and helpful. All my emails got an immediate response. I am now up and running so thanks for the help - especially Chris.

Do not trust this company, it took three months for my order to arrive. Contacted them and made them aware the first parcel with our filters went missing with FedEx. They acknowledged this and it was very clear from the tracking history the parcel had not be delivered to my address. They said they would send out a replacement order in January by email from a lady called Tracy. They quite clearly lied and didn’t. I waited again in the belief they had re-sent my order, when that didn’t arrive the pump which serves the main water supply to our house kept triggering faults and wouldn’t work as the filters hadn’t been replaced and were clogged. Having a house with no running water means things like toilets can’t be flushed, dishwashers and washing machines don’t work as well as having no drinking water. If they’d been honest and not lied by telling me they had sent out replacement filters when they hadn’t, I would have made alternative arrangements sooner. However we were left in a heart wrenching situation which is made worse when you live remotely. In the end I purchased from another company. AVOID this company if you rely on your water filtration system or expect an honest reply when your essential items don’t turn up. Also reading some of your other reviews looks like this isn’t an isolated incident, you tell lies. You left us in a right state and it’s not fair what you did.
