Absolutely five star service from Jordan, ordered two filter and the new one was leaking so Sunday afternoon panic sat in, emailed there service department and asked for help, Jordan sent a email and said the O ring in the filter housing might have gone included pictures etc so sent a overnight delivery for the O ring, fitted it with the instructions provided and happy days! All back up and running. It’s not often in these times you get customer service and support like this! Honestly you now have a customer for life top marks

Delivered filters just fine, but… to get the price they advertise on google you have to fill out a survey for some reason. Then they will email you both the code and a seemingly endless barrage of spam. Use a fake email address if you patronise the site.

*update* dropped them from 3 to 1 star. They are still sending me spam emails despite hitting unsubscribe. Based on the end of the email it seems I only unsubscribed form one type of spam. Since I can’t go lower than 1 star I’ll report to offcom if the new unsubscribe doesn’t work.

OK. A qualifying statement. I never give 5-stars, as someone who works in the service sector, there is always a way to improve, but I would give Filter Flair 4.9..!

There are other, cheaper, filter suppliers on the internet, but none give the service I have had from Filter Flair. I have ordered from those other suppliers, but I have also received counterfeit filters.

Filter Flair have always sent me genuine filters, I have never had any doubt on that - once you get a counterfeit, you will understand how I know the difference.

Once I ordered my filters, they dispatched them within a day. I had an email to confirm the order and then I also had an email informing me that as a repeat customer, I was getting my name on the "wall of fame"..!

I received shipping information from Filter Flair and Royal Mail and regular shipping emails. Throughout the delivery process, I got regular emails, even got three after the package arrived, one from RM and two from FF..

In a year, when I need more filters, yes I will check other sites, but I will 99% of the time return to Filter Flair to replace my genuine Samsung filters with genuine Samsung filters from Filter Flair.

We ordered a three-way tap from Filter Flair. Unfortunately, the tap was not working well after installation, the filtered water was dripping. We contacted their customer support, and Mark, the sales rep, was very helpful and contacted the manufacturer immediately. They sent us a replacement part quickly, which fixed the issue.

I can 100% recommend Filter Flair: I think we were unlucky with the tap (it's probably uncommon to receive a faulty tap), but they owned up to the issue and provided a good resolution very quickly.

I contacted this company because my water filter on my fairly new Samsung American Fridge Freezer’s filter needed to be changed.
I couldn’t find the filter anywhere.
I emailed the company and gave them the details of what was on my existing filter and the details on the appliance.
They replied really quickly with plenty of information which gave me the confidence to purchase the filter from them .
It arrived very quick and fitted perfectly.

Great range of products with clear descriptions and recommendations. The whole house water filter system is well made and very easy to fit. Looks very neat in my cupboard under the stairs. Can already tell the difference in the quality of the water. All in all very impressed with the product and the company. Thank you!

Very good company to deal with, telephone queries answered quickly with sensible answers/solutions. Price of items very good, postage was free and the tap was delivered next day.
My only negatives are the lack of instructions to fit the filter that went with the tap and the poor instruction with the tap itself. In addition, I would suggest most houses would be using 15mm pipe and therefore a suitable connector would be for a 15mm stop tap but the fitting supplied didn’t include 1. There were other connections supplied but I have no idea what they fit.
In summary, good service, good tap, great price but poor instructions.

Would 100% recommend, quick delivery, excellent price!
