Thanks for your review, it seems you've mis-communicated much of it however so here is the clarification needed. We'd like to point out the flaws, as all the details don't align with our version below.

1) Firstly, to address the lack of communication you mention. We have had endless calls with you, and there are huge email threads of us communicating with you. Unsure to what level of communication you require.

2) It was unfortunate that you went ahead and ordered an incorrect size. We triple checked that this was the one you wanted to go ahead with, also the price difference was dramatic for it to have been carelessly missed. When given options and working with 'Interior Designers' there isn't usually the issue of them not being able to measure what their Client requires in a project. Very worrying and hopefully this doesn't happen often for you at Studio Stodberg.

3) With regards to damages, yes we require them to be reported immediately 7 days is a push. If our courier system shows you've had delivery and are reporting damage outside of this window of course it looks suspicious and in just. Our terms and conditions say all damages must be reported straight away..

4) Courier quote, yes at the time of quote you were given a price. Months down the line that quite was not paid for, hence it changing upon being re-quoted, due to the rise in courier fees across the UK. Of course if you'd have paid for the quote at the time, we might have decided to cover the additional costs for you.

Having had issues trying to get payments from you also, we have decided to remove your trade account.

Happy to hear you like our family run business, we take pride in every aspect of it and appreciate when it's noticed. We are absolute lovers of The shake sofa too! It's such a versatile piece, and can be really sustainable if you love the sofa and want to just change your covers too! A real good investment you've made there. Thank you

Hello Again Alexander Renwick!

As you are well aware, you've been reported to the police for harassment, to our staff members and their families. Under no circumstance must you enter the showroom again, or come onto our land as advised by the Police when you were warned many months ago.

We are indeed part of the Plasterpiece group, that have several businesses aligning within that.

The fact that you've reviewed us so long after the incident, is very telling. You must have been brewing on this for months as this was all seemingly concluded a long time ago and a refund was issued.

This has now been passed over to our legal team, due to further harassment and deformation of character.

Listed are all the reasons why you were not offered a refund;

1) You ordered a made to order product, which has an estimated lead time of 4 weeks. So, we were not out of the expected lead time, you just decided you didn't want to wait any longer.

2) Made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or refunded, as clearly stated around the showroom

3) The reason you wanted to return the product was, you stated you'd measured your own space at home incorrectly. You reconfirmed this via telephone and in person.

4) Another crucial point, you ordered your goods from Fire outlet not Co Interiors as you were made aware at the time of purchase.

Surprisingly you've now stated above, you found the fire cheaper elsewhere, when in actual fact the issue was said to be the good wouldn't fit. Now it seems to be linked to the cost, you never mentioned this at the time, as we would have done our best to price match this for you. Therefore, there was no need to go about the whole situation as you did and are continuing to do.
