Excellent!

We booked this company based on a urgent FRA to be conducted and they got us the earliest date we were comfortable with and within a week we got the report. Excellent service! Highly recommended.

Really appreciate the recommendations. Having a fire risk assessment isn't top of everyones to do list, although it is important, so to have an existing client refer to others is really invaluable, especially as you are familiar with the service offered, so thank you very much.

That is a really great review thank you. We do focus on our service as we understand that fire risk assessments are not always the most interesting service you will purchase, although it is important, so it helps if we can make the whole experience as straightforward & agreeable as possible.

We thought the company was okay

We thought the company was okay, but have since found serious untruthful discrepancies on our last Fire Inspection Report which we have had to contact them to rectify and put right!!! Not Good.

Very sorry that you felt the report wasn't accurate. As you've already stated we are reviewing the points you've highlighted & where possible will make any adjustments, however we can only put confirmation that actions are being taken, where there is the evidence to support it. The assessment is actually a review of all matters relating to fire safety & if the report doesn't highlight where there is a missing service document, then we aren't doing the job you engage us to do. The fire risk assessment must highlight areas that require attention, so that the Responsible person then has an action plan to work through. If service documents are provided at a later date we are happy to amend the report, or you can sign off the action as completed.

I found the Fire Risk Assessor was


I found the Fire Risk Assessor was quite OTT about things and though some things were valid often he was looking for as many things as possible to find wrong. it was an unpleasant experience.

The assessors job is only to highlight areas of concern that will impact on Life safety, using guidance for your particular type of premises. It can sometimes seem that they're raising issues that aren't relevant, however each item may well have an impact on something else, for example missing Keep clear signage on the back of an exit door, will also affect the means of escape. If you have any concerns about some of the points raised in your report, please do contact us and we will be happy to get a further explanation as to why it has been raised.

Great service

Quick to book in, affordable, professional service, they didn't mind that we had to keep amending the day. They gave lots of advice on the day and comes with fire safety guides and policies to use after - very helpful and will use again when we need to.
