There's not much to say about these guys. They are quick to respond to queries, are a trusted and official vendor for Sophos, and they are just as quick to ship all hardware and licenses. More than happy to do business with them again for all my clients.

Horrible Experience on our 1st order with firewall4you. 10 days since order but received nothing. Just got false hopes that licenses are on way. They don't have any relationship with their vendor otherwise it would not take these many days. Eventually, We have to cancel order as there was no visibility, no timelines when they could get license and they have been asking us to use free trial license. We ddn't paid for free trial license, so It turn out to be highly unprofessional dealing from firewall4you. Just wasted our time as we can't wait till eternity.

Spectacularly professional person that I dealt with.
I normally like to give an opinion after installing my device. However, I have been very ill as a result of which I am facing 2 operations in the near future (in about a month, give-or-take). Consequently, I haven't been in a position to install it. Please bear with me - I shall give you my appraisal as soon as I can get into a position to install it.

Except the courier service that has been used to ship the good, everything else about the service was good.

The courier service has delayed the delivery, misled through communication.

I needed some training to start using more that the basic 10% of the firewall. Paul arranged training at a very special price......just my time and the cost of travel!!! will I use them again....absolutely!! both in the context that I like what they do, and more importantly, I know they'll still exist.... what separates one small business from the other....only the service that they provide. These guys will be around to answer your queries in years to come

I needed a small firewall for work total cost circa $1500. I wanted to evaluate 2 different alternates and then purchase the winner. For a $1500 sale there was quite a bit I had them do and they did it well. I'd use them again in a heartbeat. Delivery was fast, even over Christmas holidays and they value added for me by upselling a 19" rack mount suitable for a smaller watchguard box.
