The firewood arrived on the afternoon on day requested. The driver was very polite and put the wood in the corner of our garage.
Very pleased with the whole order from talking to the lady on the phone in your office and receiving the wood. Thank you.

I am sorry to hear that you had not been informed of the late delivery. As per our terms and conditions on the website the delivery date is an estimate and we cannot guarantee delivery will be on the date you have selected, we ask customers to leave a couple days either side of the selected date.
Thanks

Fab experience - I'll be back for more
Delivered on the set day. I got an email a week prior and I admit, I panicked - I was away and not due back for 6 days, Gates all locked - aargh? I rang them and was told it was fine, it was just the advice that it had been sent to the delivery company - phew!!
Delivery company and driver was amazing. Did everything he could (and succeeded) to get the pallet under our carport.
Can't comment on the burn yet as I bought semi-seasoned! But, it is all clean and smells lovely as it's drying out. Thanks guys, I'll be back
