Wood Fuel Co-operative レビュー

Great range of products and wonderful people to deal with.

Always a quick service and great products.

It was such an easy process. Follow-up communication from them to confirm details reminded me to add a what3words location, as our farmhouse can be a bit difficult to find.

The delivery was perfect.

Easy to stack and we like how it burns and heats.

Helpful staff while ordering and efficient delivery

Great delivery

Ordered one day, delivered the next day. Perfect thank you

Awsome service, as ever. Delivered quickly and on the day I asked for.

Great customer service and briquettes

Easy to order, good quality briquettes, with best prices online.
Delivered in a timely manner.
Recommended!!

Helpful and individual service.
They accommodated all my delivery requests and I am very happy with the quality of the briquettes.

Woodfuel Co-operative has the best quality, price, range, efficient delivery and friendly service. They are specialists who know all there is to know about wood fuels and derivatives. This makes Woodfuel Co-operative my go-to provider.
My recommendation is based on extensive experience. We do not have gas or oil heating so depend on wood to heat our old four bedroom house (central heating, hot water, cooking and space heating stoves) for the last 15 years.

Informative website with competitive pricing of quality products. Order was processed efficiently, well wrapped and delivered promptly - even placing the pallet precisely inside the garage, eliminating the need to move and re-stack. Exemplary.

Decent

Good service good product

Excellent once again.
The pallet arrived 3 working days after ordering, secure and well protected in case the weather was wet (it wasn't). Delivery service was also first rate - an actual human being phoned me twice in advance to arrange it! - & the driver was helpful & efficient.
I know the product (beech nestro) is great so definitely worth 5 stars overall.

The Woodfuel Co-operative were very helpful and delivered my order of logs very efficiently.

Unbeatable price, hard working and polite delivery team, they even stacked the logs for me which is a massive bonus for an old lady. I have already recommended them to a neighbour.

Kept me up to date with all delivery info and very flexible with delivery

All fine from Wood Fuel Co-op, but I had no contact from Palletline (delivery) to arrange a time. I was only at home by chance on the morning I was told they were on their way, and not sure what would have happened otherwise.

The product is excellent. There was a problem with the delivery company and they failed to deliver on the day they said. What did impress me was I got a call from Steve, from Wood fuel, who explained what the problem was and said they I would get the delivery the next morning, which I did. Excellent customer service, will definitely use this supplier again.

Thank you for delivering our order- it came one day ahead of the tracking date- a lovely suprise as we were both home to move it.

We bought Beech Nestro as it was highly recommended for our "tricky" stove by our chimney sweep. Certainly looks the job....but we didnt realise that it had to come from Europe, which seems rather excessive.
