Great service, quick turnaround and really nice frames

I’ve used First4frames for 3 different projects over the last couple of years and they always impress on price, quality and customer service. For our latest project, we trusted Bob with a painting which has great sentimental value (a painting by my wife’s late grandfather) and a wedding photograph we wanted scanned, blown-up and framed. Bob listened to what we wanted and gave great advice on what frames would work best. He then turned around the project in under a week. We were hugely impressed by the results - the quality was remarkable, the price was more than competitive, and the customer service was excellent. I recommend First4frames to family and friends - and I’m more than happy to repeat that recommendation here!

Bob was excellent! I visited the shop twice to have two large pieces framed. The first was a rolled canvas which needed to be stretched onto a frame and then I wanted a simple white frame around that.The second was more complicated - an Egyptian papyrus which needed to be double mounted carefully then framed. Bob spent a lot of time discussing options with me and addressing my concerns. He had creative solutions to the framing challenges. I am incredibly pleased with both the high level of service I received as well as the beautifully finished product! I will be back!

My husband and I chose this local firm following reviews read on line. Our consultation was both sympathetic to our initial requirements but also able to guide us to a frame and suitable mount which would compliment and not overpower the pieces. After an initial hick up regarding when the framed pieces were going to be available resulting in my having to enquire when the jobs would be completed. The completed pieces did not disappoint and it is impossible to criticise the workmanship. I would definitely approach them again for further work. The only reason for not 5 stars is because of customer communication, they stated the job would be ready the next week and they would call to advise but it was not ready and I had to ask about the job status.

We were referred to First 4 Frames by an artist to get some original pieces framed. The service was great. Bob was very helpful in advising on the choice of mounting and framing - and the whole job was completed on schedule. Would definitely use their services again.

Very quick in replying to my initial email. I really needed a couple of bespoke framing pieces done quickly and they were happy and able to meet my requirements. Great helpful service and beautiful finished work. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Bob recently mounted and framed two pictures for me - one an artists print and the other a photo that was enlarged as an anniversary present. He has made an excellent job of both and I am delighted with the finished result.

I have known Bob and used this company for a few jobs over the last f3 or 4 years. This year, not long before Christmas, I needed 3 fairly large paintings framed fairly quickly, not only did bob come through to Stirling and pick them up, he called the next day to say they were ready, he was heading back to Stirling to deliver to some other customers and he was happy to drop them off. Fantastic service, quality frames, highly recommended. Thank bob.
