There was miss leading information on there website about what is included with the gazebo but this has now been corrected ..Also they responded quickly to an error with my order which was to no cost to me . Everything is correct now and all parts have now been deliveredâŠThank you to all staff at Surf&Turf . With out a doubt I will be using Surf & Turf again and highly recommend this company.

As a small business owner we really understand about great customer service. However itâs not always the norm these day.. except for businesses like Surf and Turf. They really are a friendly efficient business to work with. Their product is in our eyes one of the best on the market, and weâve tried many others in the past. Itâs great to be able to replace a canopy cover and not the whole item too. Quick delivery and being able to speak to someone immediately on the phone is great too. I bought a gazebo probably 20 years ago from surf and turf and it has lasted well, but eventually the canopy was looking shabby with a few splits. I was surprised and delighted that with a quick phone call, the order was found and I could purchase a replacement. It anrrived in a couple of days. Exceptional service.
