Trust me do not buy any car from this guy absolutely rubbish customer service i bought kia sportage from him paid 9.1k with 6 month warranty and after 5 weeks gear box gone and he completely refuse to repair he said to me this is your car now and your problem not mine i was shock to hear this anyway now i am taking him court to get my repair cost please everyone be aware of this company.

Picked up the car within 24 hours of discussion, no hassle, quick payment, quality car. Great seller.

Brilliant company. We saw a car today and promptly were informed the valeter would be coming out to clean it before we viewed. We were allowed to test drive for over 45 mins which is rare and ended up buying! Would recommend

I bought a golf online from “Adam” in August 2025. It was delivered in the rain and I was initially happy. The car was advertised as “ the best example on the internet” the rain stopped after a couple of days and I noticed a very poor repair job in the rear bumper, a missing rear parcel shelf, significant damage to one of the wheels and a worn out front passenger door limiter. So the usual used car salesman BS. Ho hum.
I contacted “Adam” to ask for a parcel shelf but he declined.
Shortly afterwards I noticed a knocking in the engine. I contacted “Adam” to have this investigated and sorted, in line with consumer law ( the dealer is obliged to fix a fault up to 6 months from purchase) He said the car was fine when it was delivered, but he would get it sorted at my expense. This is illegal but I sucked it up as it seems the quickest fix.
At this point “Adam” became a ghost and stopped responding to calls and texts to book the car into the garage he “ puts four cars a day through “
I eventually needed a new engine costing £3400 installed, which was done elsewhere.
I have heard nothing from him since.
So, a few red lines.
1. Does anyone know “Adam’s” surname. Payments are made to Tijari Ltd and the only director is Hina Hamid.
2. Unit 8 clearly does not exist. This was confirmed by local estate agents and contacting businesses in neighbouring units. It’s just a scam to give the business a veneer of respectability. All photos on the website are taken outside someone’s house.
My car was still being advertised for sale 6 months after I bought it.
The whole set up is dodgy. I have drawn a line under the whole sorry experience and decided not to take “ Adam” to court.
I’m really looking forward to “ Adam’s” reply to this review. Do let us all know your surname?!
I’m never bothered to complain about poor service from dodgy businesses. Life’s too short. But proceed with caution if you do business with this one.

Excellent service. Super efficient, friendly and would highly recommend them. They went the extra mile (pun intended) and delivered outside their area at no extra cost!

Just bought our second polo from Adam. The first is still going strong, but we needed one for our daughter.
He quickly found on to meet our requirements, was so helpful to deal with, and made sure the car was fully up to date with MOT, service history and valeted before delivery. A lovely little car - thank you!

I viewed a polo gti and requested the car be cold. When 10 minutes away I was texted saying he’s taking it to get washed so was not cold! We test drove it and drove fine so we purchased the car. Since driving home 3 hours the engine light has come on. Since getting it plugged in it’s come back with a timing chain issue! And my “warranty” covers £250 not even the cost of a timing chain kit without labour! Very disappointed with this from the seller as I’m going to have to spend hundreds on repairs. Met us in a street where he claimed he had a unit but was no evidence of this.

I recently bought a white 2015 Audi A1 S Line from First Car Club and I honestly couldn’t be happier.

From the very first phone call, Adam was professional, transparent and easy to deal with. He wasn’t pushy just very enthusiastic about his trade which made me comfy.

The car was exactly as described (if not better in person), immaculate inside and out, and had all the services required by audi already done!

All paperwork was ready, everything was explained properly, and the whole process felt organised and smooth. It’s clear they take pride in the cars they sell.

What stood out most was the communication. Every question I had was answered straight away and nothing felt like too much trouble. Buying a car can be stressful, but this genuinely wasn’t.

I absolutely love my Audi A1 it feels like a brand new car. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend First Car Club to friends and family, and I’ll definitely be back in the future for my upgrade!

After a bad first choice of car for my daughter, we were cautious about what we were buying and who from.
We contacted first car club but the car we originally enquired about had been sold, she had her heart set on a polo but we were asked what we were looking for and our budget and an alternative suitable car was recommended.
From the first call I felt like he was very knowledgeable and wanted to help us find exactly what we were looking for.
We had the car delivered within 2 days, the stress of more car searching was taken away.

Customer service is excellent, very knowledgeable and felt like they care about delivering satisfaction. The year warranty helps with peace of mind that you are buying something they have confidence in.

My daughter is very happy with her new car and is in excellent condition, I have already recommended first car club to friends.

I contacted this dealer regarding an Audi A1 and negotiated a £400 reduction on the asking price. As the purchase was to be completed remotely, I was asked to pay a £1,000 deposit to secure the vehicle.
Before transferring funds, I requested written confirmation of standard conditions for a distance purchase, including that the car would be as described, that the V5, two keys and locking wheel nut were included, and clarification of returns, warranty and distance selling terms.
The dealer declined to confirm these points and subsequently chose not to proceed with the sale.
I cannot comment on the vehicle itself, but my experience was that reasonable requests for written clarification prior to paying a significant remote deposit were not accommodated. Prospective buyers may wish to ensure all terms are clearly confirmed in writing before sending payment.

I had Audi A3 tdi that I loved how it drives. I wanted to replace it with the same model but newer model. I favourited two cars on Auto Trader. Called the seller of the other car I was interested in, they were unable to provide me with information about work that has been done to the car even though it was advertised having full service history.
Adam from First Car Club on the other hand had given detailed and reassuring list of work that has been done to the car giving me confidence that I am not buying a car with several hidden problems and any that jad apperaed during cars life have been addressed. I only have just bought the car and I need to give it a test of time but I do not have any niggles of worry as Adam also provides a year warranty which shows his care for his customers.
There was no pressure for me to buy the car, the immaculate car spoke for itself.

Recently sold my car to Adam. Amazing communication skills and he is super enthusiastic about his job and knows what he’s talking about. He made me feel safe and secure and I had no issues on handover. Swift payment and collection. Will definitely be recommending first car club to my friends and family!
