First Class Floor Sanding レビュー 

I have exotic wood parquet floor in my lounge and standard Oak wood in my hallway.

Nick and his team did a terrible sanding and lacquering job earlier this year in the lounge. Within three months, the lounge floor has similar scratches as before. Additionally, the gaps between parquet leaves are even more wide open. My experience is that this company is ok for standard oak floors but they obviously don't have insight of parquet exotic wood flooring.

5⭐️ Service. Quick and efficient job. I had my shop floor sanded and varnished. Other companies were expensive and gave me double the time for the job to be done. FCFS did it for a day and with a high quality.
Definitely reccomending.

Thanks to Nick my floors never looked so good! I was not sure what type of oil/varnish should be used after sanding. Nick listened to all my concerns and requests and explained the different options to me. I followed his recommendation and could not be more happy. What else can I say,
efficient communication and professional job done! I wish all refurbishment jobs would be done so smoothly.

Really happy with the work these guys did - a real transformation of the floor that was it a pretty bad state.

Nick was really responsive and took the time to explain everything. Wellington, Vlad and especially Feran all did great work and went above and beyond.

Tip: If you’re having a floor redone remember to check if it has a stain on it already and to decide whether you want it stained again or not!

Nick and his team did a good job. However, I had some follow up questions which they defensively treated as complaints. In the quote, they said that they would be in touch about replacing any wooden floorboards if that was necessary but that this would of course cost extra. We agreed but they never actually contacted us so when I had questions about the end result, they said there was nothing they could do about pre existing stains. I was asking questions, not complaining. They did also unfortunately break some bathroom tiles which they denied for a while but eventually we agreed to a £100 reduction to reflect the damage caused. He did try and say that the workers wouldn't get their wages if I didn't pay (which I hope wasn't true as this would be illegal, assuming they are company employees). All in all, a very disappointing end to what overall was quite a good job. Best only hired if you keep an eye on them so that you can ask questions straight away, rather than on day of completion (which is when they expect payment in full).

The team from First Class were excellent - always on time, hardworking through the day, considerate, and highly responsive to any little issues that came up - such as a board that needed swapping. We got halfway through varnishing our raw boards (after sanding) and requested to resand and do a stain test, and they were very accommodating and understanding. The prices we got were discounted also - since we ended up doing all 5 rooms in the house - so that was great. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and use again.

Nick, Micheal and his team did a fantastic job on my old original wood floors that had been covered in carpet for many years.

They were great on communication and guided me for the right approach to take on sound installation, varnish, etc.

The job was done in a speedy manner and to a beautiful quality.

First class floor sanding were first class! From getting a quote to the work being done, the team were knowledgeable, proficient, professional, and fairly priced. I cannot be happier with the result of our floor. We had our basket weave parquet floors sanded, vanished and resealed. Would highly recommend.

We had 52 m² of parquet flooring that was looking tired and old. Nick’s team were very professional & friendly. They sanded and vanished our wood floors. They were friendly and helpful throughout and the result is great.

I have used three floor sanding companies now and this one was easily the best. Vlad worked solidly for two days on our pine bedroom floorboards, which date from 1895. The plum mahogany staining, gives a lovely deep warm colour and the finish is superlative. Very happy to recommend.
