Don't use this agency, there are planty of better companys like for example HUNTERS.

Unfortunately i had to pull off my offer of buying a house due to extreme aggressive, disrespect and harassment behaviour from Simon nad his colleague Onkar.
To make it short and simple thats the list of stuff happend during a nightmare period of trying to buy a house from hi-residential:
- after placing an offer for house i got a phone call from Omar that another buyer increased their offer, then he asked me if i would like to increase my offer. I increased. Then they called me that the seller chose another buyer with lower offer. That makes no sense to me... then they said they will send me another houses to check, of course they didn't
- after wierd seller's decision to chose lower offer i approached the seller and she said that agency informed her that the other buyer gave HIGHER(!). (Well the agency didn't inform me about other buyer offer so i had no chance to bid it and i was left with thoughts that i gave the higest offer)
- i had to negotiate the price directly with the seller. after my offer was accepted the agency get mad, calling me with unprofessional mannier saying that the seller was not appreciate me coming directly to me (well she clearly was, because she decided to go ahead with my offer at the end) agency treid to rid of me by contacting the other buyer to try to get better offer from them (clearly the other buyier was agency friend)
- after my offer accepted Simon called me with very rude attitudesto telling me that i have 24h to find a silicitor or AGENCY will pull off my offer!!!!-
- simon also wanted to have my suveye on the same day my offer was accepted or my offer would be pulled off. i passed a details of my suveye. Unfortunately no one from agency contacted my suveye, however it wasn't a problem to call me a few times a day with disgusting threading behaviour to inform my that my suveye hasn't contact them. Finally i had to contact my suveye to get in touch with agency. After my suveye contacted agency they were ingnored him and didn't give him any date to come to the house.
- after multiple phone calls from Simon with thredings i decided to inform him to contact me only through my silicitor. Unfortunately that wasn't respected and he still was calling me all day long.
- they told me that my silicitor doesn't reply to seller's silicitor (taht was a lie like everything else they told me as my silicitor forwarded me all emails)
- on the Christmas day Simon called me to argue about my silicitor, he didnt stop even when i told him that is Christmas and he had all month to talk about my silicitor
-The house was in chain, the seller had no house, however Simon one day after my holiday was calling me(!) That the sale is has not progressed . Hoever when i was sending him email to update me about a process he just ignored it.
- after my multiple calls regarding progress of sale he never called me back
- after months of threatening from agency with call at any times of day i asked to be contacted ONLY via email unfortunately 1 min after sending the email i received a phone call from Simon
- i think i don't need fo mention he has not reply to my emails
In summary i really liked the house and would go ahead with the proces but because of bad/customer/disrespectful/dishonesty behaviour i decided to pull off my offer and find amazing help with Hunters

Horrible experience, they are not professionals. They don't have any work ethic.

It has been an excellent experience with agent Onkar. The high level of professionalism with human touch. Fast communication. First I did a proper research of Hi-Residential, then I chose them.
