Excellent service and knowledge of all the reps especially Nuria Hernandez. Thanks for your dedication to your members and the way how you treat me every time I visit the branch.

My experience at First Tech Federal Credit Union at the Palo Alto location is always great. Amjad Marri is particularly helpful, as he is the one whom I usually am assisted by. I like to check in every once in a while with Amjad to work on making a deposit, or checking up on credits, and he is always helpful and strongly prepared to assist with any questions and problems in which I may have. Excellent service always.

I'm in my mid 80's and my online skills are not the greatest. Mr. Hong Vo walks me through investment choices I'm interested in - and then moves the funds for me. I find Hong Vo most helpful and willing to do little extras for me.

I had a wonderful experience as always here at First Tech Federal Credit Union. The new, but very experienced Cherry was helping me with my needs. She was very courteous and polite and attentive to my every need. She took her time to listen attentively as I explained my situation. Yvette one of the managers even came out to say hello and make sure I was taken care of. All of the Representatives are extremely courteous and nice and always make me feel welcome. The First Tech Credit Union Team in Palo Alto, Ca are simply Amazing!!!!! Extremely Professional and just a pleasure to do your banking with. So please try them, I guarantee you will Love ❤️ them.

Amjad Marri has been helping me and my father for years. He is professional, personable and has excellent recommendations. We have trusted him

Our service representative was very helpful. She was very detailed in all the different accounts and how they work. She was very thorough and friendly. She explained credit cards and accounts In simple and effective way that we could understand and not get us confused. Cherry our agent was very pleasant and friendly to deal with. Very knowledgeable in every area of her profession.

My RM Hong Vo is so prompt in responding. He is clear, articulate and knowledgeable and makes it easy for me to communicate regardless of what international time zone I am in. Really outstanding service!

Made the switch to a credit union from the big banks. I’m getting more from first tech than I ever did from big banks rewards are amazing and the staff always goes above and beyond every time I walk in.

I always get fantastic customer service from First Tech, I have been a member for several years. I have taken out personal loans & car loans - and have been well taken care of with all of my transactions. Lauren was very helpful and I appreciated her thoroughness.

Hong Vo is very friendly and [provides easy to understand and informed information. Willing to listen and understanding my financial goals and wishes.
Communicates well and makes sure we share what is said to confirm what is said.

We don’t visit our local credit union branch often but when we need advice or help, asst bank manager Yvette Moran has been responsive, knowledgeable and patient with us. She introduced us to Hong Vo, Premier financial rep, who advised us on investment offerings aimed at optimizing our savings. He was personable, well-versed without being pushy. A bonus is that he is a certified notary public and could notarize some documents for us while we were there. Both personnel are highly appreciated!

Hong of 1st Tech is exceptional. I've lived in Singapore and still have accounts there... in Europe as well. We could put our money anywhere - but the peace of mind knowing that your personal banker will reach out to you when it's time to make a change with whatever you're invested in is just so great. Thank you!!

The staff is friendly and has good advice. Hong Vo who is my premier services advisor actively helps me manage my funds that are at First Tech and advises me of products that can help my money grow.
