I am a customer of the First Tech Federal Credit Union in Washington state and I have had the pleasure to work with Ms. Ranu Lamba in the past year. I am delighted not only by the overall service of the union but also by her. She's prompt in answering my questions and addressing my needs.

I appreciate the proactive approach that Ranu Lamba apply to me as a customer of the bank. She will reach out when she notices something I need to pay attention to, which I find extremely useful.

Kudos to Ranu Lamba for providing excellent support with my First Tech Premier Rewards Banking service. Ranu was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She took the time to clearly explain the details, answered all of my questions, and made the experience smooth and stress-free. All the staff at First Tech were tremendous and gave me lots of good advice, setting up all my accounts as appropriate. Mitzi Macias Barahona was particularly generous in sharing her extensive knowledge and providing financial advice to my personal situation. Also Kimberly and Noah were super helpful and friendly. First Tech has been an excellent credit union to do business with.

Most notably for the last ~5 years, we’ve enjoyed the benefits of their concierge First Tech Premier Rewards Banking, thanks to Benny Mirsan. Benny has been our prompt, trusted, and always insightful guide in making the most of First Tech’s wide-ranging services and planning our financial future.

My past personal experience and expectations with bankers, and banking in general, has felt impersonal and cold. Eileen Alvarez at FT has changed all that for me. For the first time in many years, I actually had a conversation with a financial representative that was clearly with a person that had my best interests in mind and truly listened to what I wanted for my immediate needs.

Hong Vo, my personal banker, looks after my interests and helps by giving me various options that I could consider. Overall, the Palo Alto Branch is EXCELLENT! In particular, Amjad Marri and Behar the branch manager have gone out of their way to support my interests. Actually, everyone I’ve met has been friendly, interested in what is going on in my life, and have called me to remind that action is required. The products are also excellent. I tell everyone I know to switch to First Tech if they mention irritation with their current bank.

Taaniya Padda, my Premier Rewards Representative, is always looking out for my best interests. I can count on her to have the latest information, for answering all my questions, and for helping me to accomplish things over the phone which would normally require a trip to a physical branch. I couldn't be more pleased.

Excellent experience working with Christopher J.Ray. He is professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive. We appreciated his clear communication and thoughtful guidance in helping us choose the right option for our financial goals.

I visited Sammamish location and looked for Notary. I met Ranu Lamba. I had a great experience and most satisfied with the services provided by her. It was very friendly. Had tea and snacks.

My Financial Advisor got me in touch with Taaniya as I became eligible for a First Tech Premier Rewards account. I was explained in detail how the process works and the resulting benefits. Taaniya also helped me figure out some other question related to my credit card. I look forward to having a dedicated contact that will assist me with any questions I may have regarding my account. All of this at no extra cost. It's nice to see that customer service still exists!

My experience with FirstTech bank over the years has been very smooth starting from opening an account with them when relocating to the US for work. The bank offers good financial terms and all technical issues are resolved quickly. I would especially recommend Vantana Cornick from the Seattle office who has provided excellent customer service.
