First Tech - Premier Rewards Banking レビュー 

I called Hong Vo, San Jose, CA branch employee, on
July 24, 2026. I had a need to transfer funds to my
checking account at a different banking facility. As I am elderly, and drive very little, Hong Vo suggested a wire transfer. He walked me through the process until it was completed, which took a long time, as I am not good at the computer. I really appreciated his patience and knowledge, and feel he is a very good example of First Tech's staff. Five stars to Hong!

When I first called First Tech to see if they could help with my needs I spoke to a customer service rep who said I would benefit from speaking with Emilee Gutierrez. I didn't expect to hear from her for several days, but she called my back the SAME DAY!! Who does that anymore?? She is open and helpful, never in a hurry, and somehow always available when I call with a question. This is unheard of in any customer service industry today!! My brother who banks with you said I should get a premier rep at the branch so I can talk to someone in person, but I am so happy with Emilee and so far she has met and exceeded my expectations, so why would I want anyone else??!! Thank you so much Emilee for all your help. My last year has been terrible and you have been a super bright star in this very weary persons life. Daniel and I are so glad we got matched up with you!

Upgrading to Premier Rewards Banking has made keeping on top of my many accounts much easier. Amber Fish has made it possible to ladder multiple share certificates and obtain the best interest rates. Christopher Ray listens very intently and asks questions to ensure he fully understands your needs before trying to offer you what he thinks vs what you want. I never feel rushed. He double checks with me that we have covered all my needs before I leave. He is also very responsive to emails as well and should I need other services he also makes sure it is setup for and he follows up to ensure I am happy with that service. We have worked with Samantha Martin at First Tech through the Premier Rewards program for several years now, and have nothing but positive things to say. It is lovely to have a real human who you get to know help you with your banking needs, and be there when you need to call and ask a question.

Most recently, she helped us with the wire transfer process during our first time home-buying process, and advised on money movement best practices in a timely fashion when we were in a crunch franticly trying to figure everything out.

Beyond Samantha's expert assistance, the rates for the premier rewards program are competitive and as remote customers we have been happy with the digital interface. Would definitely recommend the experience to those considering it.
