Amber was good in helping me with options that gave
me the best investments for my money. She was patient and courtesy.

My financial representative Amber Fish has always been responsive and helpful with any concern or question I threw at her. Most recently, she promptly helped me with a credit card rewards issue. Great service!

Amber provided excellent support as part of the premier program. She helped me when we initiated the association a couple months ago and then followed up upon maturity of a couple certificates. She offered helpful suggestions and recommendations based on my interests and needs I had shared with her. She made the banking experience fast and easy making me feel well cared for. Christopher Ray listens very intently and asks questions to ensure he fully understands your needs before trying to offer you what he thinks vs what you want. I never feel rushed. He double checks with me that we have covered all my needs before I leave. He is also very responsive to emails as well and should I need other services he also makes sure it is setup for and he follows up to ensure I am happy with that service. We have worked with Samantha Martin at First Tech through the Premier Rewards program for several years now, and have nothing but positive things to say. It is lovely to have a real human who you get to know help you with your banking needs, and be there when you need to call and ask a question.

Most recently, she helped us with the wire transfer process during our first time home-buying process, and advised on money movement best practices in a timely fashion when we were in a crunch franticly trying to figure everything out.

Beyond Samantha's expert assistance, the rates for the premier rewards program are competitive and as remote customers we have been happy with the digital interface. Would definitely recommend the experience to those considering it.

I needed some help with depositing a check which was to arrive while I was out of town for almost a month. I arranged to have it sent to the CU and with the help of Kyle Schulson, it was sent to the right place, deposited expeditiously into the correct account and all was well. Kyle was there for the entire process, coordinating with myself and the person sending the check and was so in a very professional and courteous way.
