I made an appointment to solve an issue with my card and Dena solved it quickly giving me further instructions to avoid this to happen again.

Gave me Excellent Service , Professional, Respectful, Knowledgeable, and Answered my many questions Regarding my Loan Account was Charged.
Told me what I needed to do to Resolve my Issue. Like Jason did Previously.
