I got a fraudulent transaction and was very stressed out . Sophia Freedman helped me close and open accounts, got me back online . She was so patient and very helpful.

Amanda is the best. She's kind, knowledgeable and goes out of her way to help. She just makes suggestions, then you make up your own mind of the path forward, no pressure. She brought up things I hadn't thought of that will help my money work for me. And, I didn't even want to meet. I went because I should and it was well worth my while.

Sophia was great to work with. She took the opportunity to look over all of our accounts and took great care of us. She answered all of our questions and set up our new accounts with ease.

I recently lost my husband, as he passed away. I believe the branch could benefit from being trained in Survivor relations. As I have other banking experiences, since my husband passed away that have assisted me greatly in settling his account and his affairs.
I find the branch employees, friendly, but not available to help with questions or issues as much as I need. I have experienced in one associate a lack of training and a lack of knowledge about how to help me pursue my questions.

Great experience getting new debit cards for my accounts as well as upgrading my accounts to higher yield rewards. Dallas Carter was extremely helpful and courteous.

First Tech understands the value of providing excellent customer service, and they deliver it every time. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and does whatever needs to be done to meet the customer's needs.
The level of services and technology is equal to other financial institutions, and you get the added bonus of working with people who care about helping out their customers.
Highly recommended.

Amanda Urias went out of her way to help and provide some of the most complete help and information regarding my finances. New to all of the ins and outs of the choices was daunting, she is amazing-and she assisted with getting me on board and in touch with the rest of her team members to assist even further. I never felt judged or as if my question was the wrong one to ask. Highly recommended. Even if you do not have much-some is enough.

Great experience at the Santa Rosa branch. I have been banking there for a long time and special kudos to Amanda. She helped me clean up several accounts, suggested options and was super clear and comfortable to talk to.

The representative reached out to me by phone to make an appointment, and this is something I had been meaning to do. When I met with Dallas Carter, he helped me with a strategy for a CD that was maturing. He answered all my questions about my account and how to take advantage of its benefits, and also explained other available services. Dallas was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Excellent service and a pleasant experience.

Amanda Urias has been very helpful in getting me the correct bills for my Africa trips. She has been very patient and checked each bill to ensure there were no marks or rips and that they were printed in 2013 or soon. I appreciated her kindness and professionalism.

For the first time in my life I feel like I have a personal Financial Advisor and a Banker who knows me and my family and our needs in Mayra Jimenez-Metoyer at First Tech in Santa Rosa. Mayra truly cares about her customers as people that she genuinely likes and wants to know better. When we sold a home in Napa and needed advice on how to invest the proceeds she knew just how to advise us so that we felt confident with the choices we made that day.
