She enabled me to earn the best rate possible, and also updated my other accounts to reflect my designated beneficiaries (POD). Great customer service
Amanda reached out both via phone and email to let me know my CD was maturing soon. I stopped in the branch and she was friendly and helpful. She made the adjustments necessary and got the job done knowledgeably and quickly.

Exceptional customer service
Mayra went out of her way to keep me as a First Tech customer. One of my CDs reached it's maturity date. I was contemplating moving the funds to another credit union. Mayra offered to try and gain approval for a higher rate to keep my funds at First Tech. I'm pleased to say she was successful!
