That the agent is on top of things and reminds me that my CD is mature and to assist with my compromised credit card
when I walk into the building, I'm always greeted with a pleasant greeting and is always willing to assist even if I have a dumb question. So, far I have not had a bad experience...

Amanda was so helpful
Amanda was just very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and found ways for me to get a better return on my money and investments, as well as planning for the future. She also came up with a debt plan for my daughter in another appointment that week, which was a huge help to her. We were both so pleased with what she did for us.
