Sophia Freedman is very efficient and personable. She was amazing in helping me with all of my needs and went above and beyond in helping with things I didn’t even think about. She is the only one I want to see and have help me.

We’ve been members of the Credit Union for decades and are very pleased with the services. Our local representative, Amanda, has helped us for many years with CDs, new accounts, and advice on many topics – always patient with our many & sometimes complicated queries, and time effective. The agents online and at the 800# are very responsive and thorough. The website is greatly improved in the last few years and works smoothly; handy to have access to our accounts and to do transfers between accounts & other financial institutions. Statements are well organized and posted in a timely manner.
