Whole process without fault.Within 24hrs of making enquiry I had delivery date for vehicle,Very personal treatment..

This was my first experience of leasing and it was overall good but seemed to take ages

Initially I thought the customer service and ease of of the process was great, but as soon as there was a problem with their supplier I got nothing but excuses and silence.

No follow up on promises, being told that I was lucky that the delay getting my car wasn't longer and not even an apology for not sending me things like they were supposed to do.

In summary, all good until they needed to either show up or show some accountability. Very disappointed and I wouldn't recommend as it seems like they have no contingency plans if there's a problem with their suppliers and no oversight to ensure customers are kept informed or promises are kept.

Quick to take your money, but if something goes wrong, and you don't get a car and you've lost your money.

Car was found to my requirements and I was offered a far earlier delivery than I'd been warned of so all that was great.

HOWEVER, the car then turned up and as I stood outside guiding the driver to where to park I could hear a loud vibrating/buzzing noise. I raised this straight away and the driver hadn't heard it inside, but agreed it was not a noise he felt was normal.

The whole point of having the lease was so I could afford a new car for reliability on my work journeys. I had the option of it being collected by garage but I decided to reject it as I just don't want to risk having a car that will let me down. The guy at the office was very understanding and said they'd be in touch as soon as possible to find another car. The car then had other issues as the driver tried to take it away. It had come from an airfield and as such had quite ingrained dusty dirt inside the engine. All in all I wonder how much of a check this car had had. Monday came and no contact. So I emailed. No reply. So I called and waited for a call back. I was then told the car was fixed and they'd be delivering it to me....!! I'd explained clearly that I had rejected it. I was then told there was nothing else they could offer me. The lady I was speaking to said she didn't know my requirements (so how did she know they had nothing for me!?) and she'd get the relevant people to call me back. No further call back received so I decided to write to the helpful sales consultant that found the first car. This lady was very apologetic over the situation and found me two alternatives - one out of my price range and the other with poor reviews so I politely declined. I was told she was waiting for other garages but I've heard nothing else from her and that was 8 weeks ago.

Losing faith entirely in this company, I decided to go for a new deal with a different company but I've lost my admin fee of course and I have had no car for 2 months now.

My warning would be, prepare for a ghosting if things have a glitch or go wrong with the car you leased. I would have thought they'd be desperate to keep their reputation.in a competitive landscape, but aside from a tick box exercise offering me the faulty car back and two unsuitable cars (but only when I chased them up), they've done nothing at all to help me. At the very least I would've assumed I'd have been refunded the admin fee for the inconvenience I've been caused, but I've heard nothing. I don't like leaving negative feedback but they've had ample time to put things right now. I have experienced terrible customer support when things didn't run to plan.

Just some guy drove 300 miles &had only been working for your business 1month then just asked me where the train station was to get back home laughable really on the positive side the car was in one piece and good to go.Regards G,Kelly

SCAMMERS !!! Posting non existent lease deals on their website to obtain potential lease client details.
Screen shots below of lease deals advertised on their website but when you enquire about advertised deals they require your information and then tell you the deal doesn’t exist !
Should be illegal.

I have leased off FVL for over 10years and wouldnt consider using any other lease company and i do my research very thorough ..
I have spoke many times to my agent Peter Sherry over the years about cars and found him absolutely brilliant at his job from searching & guiding me to what the perfect fit for me was... nothing was too much for him and is a credit to FVL as a business as all staff are with FVL.
Through the years with the backup service from FVL i have recommended it to many people based on personal experience and if anyone is going to use a lease company they wont find better than FVL.
