Joke of a company avoid at all costs.
Faulty machines that they patch up to last through their 30 day warranty, then break down.

There's a reason why they only offer 30 days warranty on their sale items, they know they are substandard. I purchased a commercial grade precor upright exercise bike or a significant sum which seized and broke within 3 weeks. I then upgraded another £795 to purchase a cybex 625c upright exercise bike. Both makes are well respected for their quality and are commercial grade. The cybex them promptly seized and broke. However I was a week over the 30 day warranty this time. FitKit UK said they were sorry to hear their equipment had failed again but refused to assist. Period. We didn't ask for a refund or replacement. We only wanted it back in working order (as per Consumer Rights Act 2015). A repair would suffice, even assistance or discount to get it working. These bikes are supposedly fully refurbished and serviced/rigorously tested prior to sale. Both bikes they sold me broke within 2 months of moderate use and they refuse to even acknowledge their lack of customer support. I appreciate many people have positive experiences with FitKit UK but the test of a company is how they respond when an item of theirs breaks or if the customer has a problem. Terrible. They just want your money and don't care in the slightest whether the customer is happy or out of pocket.

I rarely write reviews however such was the quality of service it was right and proper to commend the team. From help and advice via phone through to delivery and installation; I cannot rate this company highly enough. Their efficiency and professionalism was second to none, very impressive. Nick was excellent during the installation. Thank you so much to you all for your work.

Please do not waste money with this company. I spent almost £1,000 on a treadmill in April and was told the machine was good for a few years, not even 8 months in and the machine has completely stopped working. I’ve been told the repair will cost over £200.

I purchased a bit of equipment that I otherwise couldn’t have afforded brand new, so this was great value. It arrived in excellent condition works beautifully and the courier was friendly and helpful too. Delivery times were as described and even when it did take a day or two longer they were great with communication. Whole experience buying from FitKit has been excellent. Would absolutely recommend them for your fitness needs.

Very helpful.even send you pics of kit your buying before hand as been burnt before when it’s turned up and been damaged and to much to return due to the weight.will definitely use again.Lloyds gym exeter

Excellent value for money , spinning bike delivered on time by friendly courier.
The website of Fitkit is clear and correct . The item purchased is as described and works well.

I don't normally write reviews however I discovered quite a few negative reviews after ordering a spin bike which gave me doubts. Fitkit were advertising extended delivery times on the item, up to 10 working days, I was very impressed when I received an email less than a week after ordering saying it had been dispatched.
My only grievance was the courier did not contact me to arrange a suitable delivery slot/date as Fitkit stated. The drive rang to say he was outside my house but waited 10 minutes for me to get home from work to accept the delivery and was apologetic on the couriers behalf. He even waited whilst I cleared a space in my garage so the pallet could be wheeled straight in and I could return to work. I would add this is a common issue with pallet couriers.

The matrix spin bike was delivered as advertised, it had clearly been inspected and all moving parts adjusted/lubricated accordingly. The bike did show signs of wear and tear along with an area of rust however this is as described on the website.

Right from guidance on choosing the right treadmill, to order placement and delivery, the entire process went very smooth. The delivery team had a very proficient approach to the installation. They were quick to assemble and took time to explain the workings of the product. The treadmill, albeit a used one, is in good working condition. Happy to recommend FitKit.

Terrible customer service told many different things when I called , then they drop an expensive piece of kit kerbside only after being told I am on my own can't lift it there is stairs to front door and to top it off this was told to the delivery company as well so it's sat outside with no way of getting it in, front door delivery would of been nice but hey won't use this company again am fuming

FitKitUK couldn't provide a better service. I made an order at about lunchtime and they delivered to my door before the next morning. All the staff are always really friendly and in my experience if FitBitUK have stock of what I require I would always order from them first.

Ex demo spin bike in great condition, quick delivery

We are not “review-writing people” but on this occasion felt we had to write one. After some great advice from two different people at Fit-Kit, we opted for a reconditioned Precor RBK835 recumbent bike for £649, about 6 years old and remember this was around £4k when new. Courier delivery was easier than we expected, and friendly driver took the pallet away there and then. Once we got it inside we were so impressed, far less wear and tear compared with the web pics, you would expect it the other way around!! The bike itself is perfect for our needs and one we used regularly in a gym, but no need to pay £35 a month now! The whole experience was great - everyone wants value for money when purchasing any product, this represents fantastic value for money and we would recommend to anyone. Don’t go to a high street retailer and buy plastic rubbish when you can get commercial quality for less money!

Received a Life Fitness IC8 from FitKit UK yesterday. Very happy with the whole experience. Ben was very helpful and answered all my queries before purchase. I chose the Interest free credit option to pay the balance over one year which was easy to do. From ordering to bike to receiving it took about a week (with free delivery).

Excellent service, great treadmill and promptly fixed an initial issue with minimum fuss.

Life Fitness ICG IC7 Indoor Group Cyle Studio Bike: Ordered on Wednesday, delivery confirmation by Friday, delivered on Monday at midday, and was ready to use at 12:30. The installation team were professional, explained the IC7’s features and took all packaging away with them. Highly recommend!

Given the difficult times we are currently experiencing mine was a positive purchasing experience. There was lots of clear communication about potential delivery problems (gym stuff was flying off everyone's shelves) but the worst case scenario did not evolve and our Step was soon with us and put to good use. Great communication and service under pressure. Thanks, we'll definitely use FitKit UK in future.
