Simply waste of money. And the worst thing is they said refund is excepted but when you request the answer is from your expenses that means they pay £8 for postage you lost it and to return you have to pay another £8 in total £16 for the price of £10 crap

I have a gym bike. I contacted Fitkit as I believed a belt had broken. They arranged for someone to come and service the bike, order and install the broken belt.
Communication was good throughout Abid and Shaf sorted everything out.
Great company and great customer service.

Bought a Technogym Spinbike.
From the first time i used it it made lots of noises that didn’t sound right. I took a video and sent it to fitkit. They told me this was normal. I shouldn’t of trusted or believed them. I’ve only used the bike 4 times and it’s literally one week outside the 3mth warranty and the bottom bracket has come loose. Bottom brackets should last for years. It’s clear this bike wasn’t serviced/reconditioned correctly before being sold. I’ve brought this up with fitkit and been told it’s out of warranty even though I reported as soon as I got it. I will be going to trading standards. Awful company, clearly not trustworthy

Read your reply just makes my complaint valid.
I emailed my concerns in January and yet not long outside the warranty period a bottom bracket fails. It’s not like a pedal or something. A bottom bracket doesn’t fail in a few weeks. They take years to go and it takes substantial use to fail. Therefore It was obviously faulty before or had not been reconditioned to a correct standard. Any reputable company would see the reported concerns In January and correct this and anyone with a knowledge of bikes would know what I’m saying is 100%correct. Finally the tones of your emails were condescending from the outset. Very classy compared not.

My advice don’t buy anything that is second hand if this company with a 30day warranty. They clearly buy stick in and flip it without service or reconditioned

Ordered a used Matrix X Trainer off them.. good communication between order and delivery with Chloe giving updates and then delivery day… Tyler and Cam are Superstars!! Nothing too much trouble, genuinely enthusiastic about the product, extremely knowledgeable and they wouldn’t leave until they and we were happy… Such a standout customer experience from these 2 guys - amazing!! I cannot recommend FitKit highly enough!

Brilliant service. Chloe was so lovely to deal with and really on the ball. Chris was the mechanic and he was so lovely and did an amazing job .. if I could of done I would if given them 10 stars many thanks for being so prompt and professional I would highly recommended fitkit and will definitely be shopping with them again xx

First class service. Chloe and the installation team couldn't have been more helpful. My two treadmills were delivered and installed with no issues or complaints. The lads were very friendly and professional.

Bought an excite hand cycle December went faulty February only used a couple of times, I was told to contact technogym as they would not have parts. Not good

Excellent service and dumbells were exactly as advertised and it great condition.

The weights were a bit dirty, rusty and knackered. But I guess they'll do the job once i've cleaned them....
