If you want your order delivered in 48hr like advertised i would shop elsewhere, it took 12 days and 4 emails to customer services for a sunglasses case to arrive,

I didn’t receive my order, contacted them but no reply yet

I haven’t received my order and trying to contact with customer service to either, get my money returned or give me an explanation. I haven’t been able to contact with anyone yet.

Delivery time to Greece was 2 weeks. We had to pay 5 euros for customs clearance and that was not mentioned when placing the order.

order has not yet come - they don’t pick up their phones or return emails

customer service is non existent despite claims of having a "friendly freephone customer service" option. I have called daily fir 2 week and emailed several times with response, as I had an issue with order

Fitness360 sent the wrong product which I did not order. I have emailed them twice at the address given on their order confirmation email and received no reply. I've sent a message via their website and received no reply. I've tried calling but am unable to get through. All very unsatisfactory. Customer service = ZERO. Will I buy from them again = NO. Would I recommend them = NO. Do they deserve one star = NO.

waited 9 days for delivery not received it and only when I let them no I was told I would get a refund as it was out of stock

Would not recommend using this website to order anything!
We are still waiting to receive one item several weeks from bring informed that it had been despatched.
Due to the delivery being so slow, I cancelled the item but have not been contacted regarding a refund despite expressly asking for one of their team to email me.

Now refusing to respond to comms and tel num goes directly to voicemail.

Do not use this company, they are clearly a scam! Very disappointing!!

Tracking number provided says royal mail says still not received the item since Wednesday 26th March (today is the 2nd of April) from fitness360 emailed them to get info on when it will arrive and said they could send another or refund I said can you send another next day delivery only to be ignored so I then sent an email asking for a refund still no reply now have to go through PayPal to get my money back as I have now got one from amazon do not waste time ordering off this company terrible experance look like I'm not the only one read the other reviews on here

Ordered a race suit end of Dec 24, no product and no refund as of end of Mar 25. Extremely poor communications. Have raised a chargeback. AVOID!!!!

Following an initial order problem, the matter was resolved and order was despatched.
Without asking, I was also compensated for the inconvenience caused.
I would recommend this company.

Package arrived intact but later than stated. Items exactly as stated, happy with that but not the late arrival

There was an issue with delivery, was sorted with ease.

Unfortunately sent the wrong item - but customer service was excellent - sending me a tracked returns label and responding to my query really quickly.

Quick delivery, no problem what so ever and what I wanted.
