We like this system as a company as it keeps jobs correct and everything is on one system we get customer details Thro and can contact the agents all on one portal we use the fixflo Thro 2 separate agents and find it a good system to work with.

Fixflo is fantastic, as a rule I feel all property management departments should have this software!

It helps us remain compliant and on top of our maintenance issues at all times.

Very useful 24hr service to tenants and provides good information and guidance, there are some good reporting features to see how many tenants have started to report a fault then stopped as they've received advice. Customisable to a certain degree. Probably work best if you can film and add your own videos, which is a feature available. has helped streamline our maintenance reporting procedures.

Wonderful service. Would prefer the weblink to the report to be far shorter and simpler to remember, nevertheless a great service and very beneficial.

Seriously the VERY worst system I have ever come across. As a contractor who is obliged to deal with admin from a phone daily onsite the system would not allow me to comment, edit, upload but was very good at sending me reminders about completed jobs every single morning at 8.00 on the dot.
It may work for some- it most definitely did not for me.
I asled for help and was advised they 'may' be improving software next year to accommodate iPhones!!!!!
PS iv only given 1 star as it was the very minimum I could give.

Really good concept and speeds up the repairing and maintainence process

Great system and service is very personal, issues are always dealt with in a quick and friendly way.

Great maintenance tool, which has helped our property management team massively to organise repairs and keep track on all reported issues. The guys in the office are always very helpful and fixflo updates and improvements are made often.

We have been using the fixflo system for about 3 years. It really is worth its weight in gold. Some tenants dont like to call because their English isn't very good, they don't have the time, or just can't be bothered. The system resolves all these issues.

We get an email with all the details you could want included, tenant contact details, what the issue is, photos. This could just be forwarded to contractors to deal with. The system also works with our VTUK management software and automatically creates a service request so all we have to do is assign a contractor.

The software is a god send to us.
