Ive always found Fleet Evolution responsive, helpful, and friendly. Solid customer service and do what they say they will.

Fantastic service, no issues with the car and they were a great help when I was involved in an accident

On the whole fleet evolution are responsive and engaged, there have been a couple of times when issues have taken longer to resolve however often this is with manufacturers not the company them selves

Communications were great - from order to delivery it was faultless and the team are lovely. Additional questions around insurance and private plates etc were all handled fantastically as well.

Easy communication, but hard to get details on specific car specs and availability.

I've had a lease car through Fleet Evolution for about 18mths now, and have always found them a pleasure to work with. They're light tough when everything is going to plan, but quick to respond when something needs looking at. Would recommend.

Great to get onto a salary sacrifice scheme and save money by leasing a car

When ordering my car there were some initial hiccups, but there was lots of opportunity to speak to the team at Fleet to sort the issues out, they were always available to help. Since receiving my car everything has been very smooth sailing, tyre changes, services have all been very easy!

Getting a car through fleet evolution was great. Continued update on when the car was due to be delivery. When there was a delay from the manufacturers they were able to supply a short term car.
Always responsive to questions and queries

Communication is prompt and the process of leasing straightforward. Would be nice to have one central place for all important documents insurance claims etc rather than contained in emails.

Response time is good, servicing experience was not great, had issues being booked in and was done incorrectly costing me a day off work

excellent experience from the start. The levels of communication have remained high and I had my vehicle delivered in June this year. It was very well communicated throughout and their calculators for taxation was very close to reality! For me its been a fantastic experience and I would recommend them to everyone.

Since setting up the scheme, we have seen much larger than expected uptake of vehicles through the salary sacrifice scheme.
The team are very responsive and knowledgeable on the process, suggesting options and supporting the quotes process.

Great to deal with and constantly keep in touch to review mileage and asking how things are going with the car. Even give me a rough time frame on when to start looking for a new motor before lease is up.

Throughout the process they were very helpful, providing guidance to someone who hadn't gone through a system like Salary Sacrifice or buying an EV before.

The staff at Fleet Evolution really care and you get a personal service. The car was delivered on time and the entire experience has been straightforward and efficient.
