Fletches is the best place in manchester if you want something changed with your car. You may notice he doesn't have to fastest of responses but he always replies and always makes your dreams come true for you. I had my VW polo done with him and he made took the extra time to wax my car for me, give me a free air freshener and guide you across how the process works. Not only this but he has excellent service, making you drinks while you sit in the very comfy waiting area eith his massive cat. Overall he loves his work and it really does show in the end result. Thanks alot fletchs I really appreciate it and ill be coming back time and time again, I would love to give more than 5 stars if I could.

Couldn’t be happier with my experience at Fletch’s Customs. I took my Audi Q5 in for a full dechrome and a few other exterior modifications, and the difference is incredible. The finished car looks so much cleaner and more aggressive, and the standard of work is spot on.

From the first conversation, communication was brilliant. Everything was explained clearly, I was kept updated throughout, and I was given plenty of genuine advice and recommendations about what would work well on the car. There was never any pressure to add unnecessary work, and their pricing is very reasonable too.

What I also really like about Fletch’s is the range of work they can do. It’s definitely not just a wrapping place — they do all sorts of vehicle customisation, including body-kit fitting (which they did on mine), caliper painting, exterior styling and even electronics-related work. They also have a great network of trusted specialists for other areas, so if something needs specialist attention they can point you in the right direction and even help you get a good deal. It makes them a really useful one-stop place when you’re modifying a car.

The workshop itself is great and everything is run very professionally. Even if you’re waiting for your car, they’ve made the customer area genuinely comfortable — cosy couches, free snacks, tea and coffee, plus a fridge full of drinks. You can actually relax while the work is being done rather than feeling like you’re stuck waiting around in a garage.

Most importantly, I’m really pleased with the quality of the work on my Q5. Great attention to detail, fair pricing, excellent communication and genuinely friendly service from start to finish.

I’d 100% recommend Fletch’s Customs and I’ll definitely be back with the Q5 for more work in the future. Safe to say I’ve found my new go-to car guy!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Came in to get my full car restored without knowing where to start and fletch himself guided me the right way and took the time to give me the best advice about my car and out-source all the carparts i needed. Couldnt recommend him enough.

Absolutely brilliant service from Fletchs Customs!

I recently went to Fletchs Customs in Trafford Park to have the chrome outer grille on my car de-chromed, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

From the moment I arrived, the service was spot on. The waiting area was really comfortable with proper comfy seats, music playing and a great overall vibe. I was even offered drinks and snacks while I waited, which was a really nice touch and made the whole experience feel much more personal.

The work itself came out exactly how I wanted it and completely changed the look of the car. I was also given a really good deal, which I genuinely appreciated.

What stood out most was how invested he was in my car. He wasn’t just interested in getting the job done and sending me on my way — he was actually looking at the car, giving me ideas and talking about other things that could be done to make it look even better. You can tell he takes pride in his work and actually cares about looking after his customers.

As an extra touch, I was even given a designer air freshener, which was a really nice surprise.

I’ll definitely be going back to Fletchs Customs for more work in the future. Great work, great atmosphere, great customer service and a great deal.

5 stars all day ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — highly recommended!

This was our second time coming to Fletch & he did not disappoint. We had all our badges changed to black and Fletch did a perfect job, he really takes the time to explain exactly what he’s doing and always pays attention to all the little details too. We couldn’t be happier with how the cars looking!

It’s always a nice environment to wait in too, loads of snacks and drinks. Loads of comfy chairs and sofas. Also not to mention Brucie (the cutest cat) 🦁 to keep you company.

10/10 recommend to anyone :)

Took my a5 in for a body kit and they did it perfectly my car look amazing. They work so hard by making everything perfect and go every step of the way to make sure the customer is happy. Can’t recommend them enough if you’re looking for any work on your car make sure you get in touch.

Very friendly and helpful team.

As someone new to Manchester, finding a top tier detailing shop was a priority.

Thanks to a family recommendation, I took my car to Fletch and Riz for headlight tints, a Maxton Design front splitter and spoiler and dechrome work.

Most shops turn down dechrome work because of the time and detail required, but these guys didn't hesitate and did a phenomenal job.

Extremely friendly, professional and transparent throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail is second to none.

I’ll definitely be popping back for further custom work soon. Thank you both!

Couldn’t be happier with the result. The quality of the work is outstanding, and you can tell real care went into getting everything perfectly aligned. Friendly, professional and efficient from the moment I arrived. The job was finished much quicker than I expected, and my car looks so much better now. This will definitely be my go-to place whenever I want anything else done to the car. Highly recommended!

I recently took my Mercedes-AMG C63 S to Fletchs Customs and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience.

I’m extremely particular about who works on my car, so I spent quite a bit of time researching before deciding where to take it. Fletch is very well known within the automotive scene, and after seeing his work and speaking to him, I could immediately tell I was in safe hands.

The communication was excellent from the start. I literally sent a few photos of my C63 S through WhatsApp via the website, explained what I wanted, and Fletch got me booked in straight away.

The quality of the workmanship and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. It’s obvious he genuinely cares about every vehicle that comes through the workshop.

What I also like is that Fletchs Customs isn’t just about one service. Whether you’re looking for wraps, body kits, dechroming, paint correction, detailing, PPF or full vehicle customisation, it’s clear Fletch has built a business around doing things properly.

Finding someone you can genuinely trust with a performance car isn’t easy, but I’m so glad I found Fletchs Customs. Fletch has definitely become my go-to for anything I need doing to my C63 S in Manchester.

I found him through his website.

I’d definitely recommend checking out his work.
