Bezit team even though new to industry worked efficiently and got best results for my property. They are trult pacesetters. They charge only 10% opposed to 25-40% of existing bigger companies. Sat through the meeting with the county, listened to everything, nodded my head...then went home and took matters into my own hands. Found Bezit a few days later and somehow they got a reduction anyway. When asked how, they showed me the comps and adjustments they made and determined a market value. Sad that I wasted one hour of drive and Happy that I went with Bezit and save $600!!
