Impossible to contact about a fault.
Wow, I just got service back on the third day without even speaking to them. Not through lack of trying on my part. I just got a vague message about regional problems, pressed the button, and waited till the line went dead to speak to a human or even leave a message.
I've used this company for years because I'm over a mile from the green box, and they have been a good intermediary with the network. If they can't be contacted what's the point? The app is no answer if there is no broadband.
If you are going to use a recorded message, be as specific as possible. What region? I'm calling from a mobile, so how do you know where I am or whether I am calling from where the phone is? And how about a timescale for fixing the problem. Maybe invite me to type in the landline number I'm calling about. What is the point of being with Fleur, if it's just a matter of wait until it starts working again. I suspect Fleur have had no involvement in solving the problem at all.
I do live in a rural area where line problems are more frequent. I thought Fleur would be the intermediary standing up for me. I'm not sure they even know I had a problem.

When I eventually established a connection, my query was dealt with satisfactorily, but to be kept on hold for 32 minutes 29 seconds is not very good. It would appear that you do not have sufficient staff

Without my permission change contract. Change prices. When I contact with them and ask when contract is due, they never said to me. If Internet not working they not found the problems.

After an eternity trying to solve an ongoing phone and internet problem, got through to Sarah at Fleur in 2nd line tech. support. Totally brilliant service. Was able to talk this technophobe through the minefield of routers etc. clearly and concisely. Took the time and effort not only to test the system, but also explain clearly the whys and wheres that go with it. If, like me, you call Fleur 1st line tech support and "re-starting the router" does not work, please ask for 2nd line-if you get Sarah, you will be a long way towards getting your issue fixed. 100% pleased-this lady deserves a big thank you from me (and certainly a pay rise from Fleur!!) hence the review. Great service.
