***Good Customer Service***

I was initially sceptical about using flight centre but by the end of the process of was completely convinced.

I was looking to fly from LHR to PER at a time when flights to the middle east were grounded and prices through other routes were over inflated. I had a flight that was cancelled and only had 1 week to rearrange.

I spoke to Scarlett at flight centre and gave a rough brief that I wanted to fly through Singapore and stay a couple days to reduce the fatigue and make the most of the stop over. I was dead set on dates and times or airline but Scarlett went away and came back with a few options. I took some time to verify the prices dates and time and flight centre worked out to be £10 cheaper then had i gone directly not a lot but I'm sure this could have been more if I booked further in advance in the future.

I proceeded with flight centre got a straight forward payment email link.
Received a detailed itinerary I didn't have to mess around with the the separate airlines platform.

Scarlett also advised me on the landing card I had to fill in and sent me a link to do it, little things like this really helpful when you have a lot of other things to think about before going away.

My second flight with scoot I also got an inflight meal, these could only be pre-booked at extra cost or paid for on the plane so I either got mine complimentary or it was built into the ticket cost.

In the run up and during my travel I got regular check ins from scarlet via email - they also had a travel assistance helpline which I didn't have to use.

Overall great service at slightly better than market rate - will look to use again

I booked my tour with Flight Centre in Islington.
Chey-Ann, the Travel consultant, was very accommodating and attentive to my travel requirements. She put together a comprehensive travel 'package' securing me a place on the trip departure that I sought and flights at a competitive price.
I would highly recommend Flight Centre to fulfil your travel plans.

Great to know Hannah Joy as my travel agent. Very helpful n patient. Nothing is a bother or too much for her. Knowledgeable n keen to help n please.

I had specific dates to build my 31 day holiday around as it was the only time the cattery had for that period of time.
The flight centre in Angel (Hannah), arranged everything for me and found the cheaper options available to me and arranged everything from flights, hotels and even the taxi from the airport to my hotel especially as I was arriving at my destination at 00-20am, travelling alone.
I would recommend to anyone to use the Flight Centre, who have the knowledge and expertise to build a holiday around your requirements and free you from the hassle trying to organise it yourself.
I will continue to use the Flight Centre when planning other holidays around the world.

Listened to my needs and concerns then proceeded to fulfil my booking.

Ami was very efficient in preparing my quote and helpful with my questions. Ami also showed patience with my lack of understanding the 'process', being new to booking through an agency.

Beth was wonderful helping me organise a holiday of a lifetime.

Having had our previously booked holiday to Australia cancelled due to the issues in the Middle East and seeing flight availability go down, and costs up; I rang with more hope than expectation, but I was lucky enough to get through to Matt Mcguire. He was super helpful and friendly from the very first moments.
What followed was a lot of work on his side, and a lot of satisfaction on my side. The end result was that he found me and my family flights to Oz within our budget and we were booked on quickly.

Our experience of booking our dream holiday to Thailand was second to none, even after all the issues with the war in the middle east. Alex from the Angel branch went above and beyond to keep us informed and do his upmost for us. I cannot recommend him and Flight Centre enough. Extremely helpful and efficient
Liz Hansell was our advisor and I can honestly say she was magnificent. Nothing too much trouble, guided and advised us in a non biased manner

Flight centre were amazing when we were struggling to find flights when the Middle East closed down and our flights with Qatar were cancelled. My husband and I spent stressful several hours of our holiday looking at extortionately expensive flights, which kept disappearing as we were trying to book them. James Murphy Flight Centre Islington, understood our predicament and what we needed flight wise and held two flights options open for us to get home and at a third the cost of what we found. He got them booked and provided all relevant information for check in etc. He took the stress out of the situation and enabled us to get on with our holiday.

As always Sam made the whole booking procedure easy with her professionalism and understanding

Had a great holiday to New Zealand, helped by having a travel agent who was very helpful in all arrangements for us. Even as our flight to uk was cancelled, our agent got us home safely and quickly. Highly recommend.
