Imogen was incredibly helpful and responsive when I was trying to navigate re-booking my flights during the most recent travel disruptions. She was always happy to help and was very transparent throughout the process which made everything incredibly easy. Would highly recommend!

Matt McGuire at Flight Centre Business Travel (Angel Islington, London) delivered outstanding service from start to finish.

Matt went above and beyond to secure the best possible flights for my son and me as we travel to Brisbane, Australia for his birthday and to visit family. With the current situation in the Middle East affecting flight routes, Matt took extra care to find the safest and most reliable journey for us.

Everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with genuine care for our situation. What could have been a stressful booking process felt smooth and well managed the entire time.

Because of the service Matt provided, I will definitely be using him again for future business travel and look forward to building a long-term relationship with Matt and Flight Centre.

Alex was polite, patient, pleasant,thorough and determined he offered tea coffee,or water unheard of in most travel agents. He got me the very best deal and didn't stop looking till he found it. I highly recommend. Plus, everyone who worked there was kind and jolly.

I had a great experience with Edward at Flight Centre Angel. I loved really his personality — he’s personable, enthusiastic, and genuinely cares about helping customers. He gave me excellent advice for South America; I was especially interested in Argentina and Chile, and he shared his personal experiences there, which was really helpful. He made all the options easy to understand.

I had a genuinely excellent experience with Flight Centre thanks to Matthew. He was polite, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. He listened carefully to all my requirements, took my considerations seriously, and never made me feel rushed or dismissed.

Matthew worked through the options thoughtfully and helped me find a flight that really suited what I was looking for, rather than pushing a quick or convenient solution. His manner was calm, professional, and reassuring, which made the whole booking experience far less stressful than it could have been.

Customer service like this is rare these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Flight Centre again, and I’d happily deal with Matthew specifically in the future.
