After trawling through sites online, I decided to pop into Flight Centre and see what they had to offer for my business class flights to Australia. To say that I had the best service is an understatement. Kim in the Bath branch was the most helpful and delightful person and did everything she could to help me get exactly what I wanted. I think this might be the end for me and online booking sites. I was so impressed at the in-person service I received.

Despite world problems in the middle east disrupting my original flight Jess Frost went to great lengths to reallocate flights in safe areas for me both on the outward and return journey 6 weeks later. Excellent , efficient and friendly service, thank you.

Flight Centre were professional, efficient and supportive throughout my booking process from start to finish. Even when I returned home, they were the first to check in to make sure I was ok and that I was happy with the onboard service. I would defnitely have no issue recommending them to friends and family.

My husband and I used Flight Centre a few times before and always enjoyed the process, and also the trips and experiences they booked for us. After a few years I reached out to them to book a trip to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday in a week of our wedding anniversary. Ami from Bath branch got in touch with me and she very quickly came up with a great offer and any adjustments where needed. The whole process was as smooth as it used to be before and I cannot wait for our trip coming up!

I contacted Jess (Bath) for a quote for a trip to both HK and Japan for myself and my wife. We got back to the UK last night and we have thoroughly enjoyed the trip.
We only booked the flights and accommodation using recommendations from Jess. The local transportation and activities were booked by us using Klook or direct. All the hotels apart one were of good quality and in ideal locations. The only hotel which was below par was the Dormy Inn in Himeji.

The holiday I lwanted was handled politely and Jessica was very helpful we got it sorted in a short time and I am very happy thankyou very much

I use flight Centre for all my long haul flights and when I called for my latest trip, i spoke to a lovely lady called Mazie. After going back and fourth. We settled on the dates. I normally book hotels separately but as she was really helpful i would let her look into hotels for me. These were priced around the same as i was looking at so added those and 2 excursions. The holiday was so much fun and on my return i phoned Mazie to thank her. Which i don't normally do. And told here shes sorting the whole of my next trip.

My booking was picked up by a lovely lady called Kim. Her service was exemplary. She helped us refine plans, put up with changes and was unflappable. slShe did know about the destinations she was booking for us. It was lovely to enjoy rolls Royce service even though we were looking for cost conscious options.

Kim Green at Flight Center Bath is a gem! She has helped me book two long distance flights and it won’t be the last.
