They were every helpful

My booking was picked up by a lovely lady called Kim. Her service was exemplary. She helped us refine plans, put up with changes and was unflappable. slShe did know about the destinations she was booking for us. It was lovely to enjoy rolls Royce service even though we were looking for cost conscious options.

Kim Green at Flight Center Bath is a gem! She has helped me book two long distance flights and it won’t be the last. She took the stress out of the booking, found me the best price at the time and the shortest stopovers if I chose to do so. A big thanks to her knowledge and professionalism. I look forward to booking with her again!

We used the Bath Flight Centre on a previous trip and were not disappointed to have used it again. Jess Frost took our outline itinerary and turned it into our next adventure with professional ease.

Ami and her colleagues at the Flight Centre Bath were really helpful in booking a complicated set of flights to China for myself and my girlfriend. I don't think we could have done that ourselves. They were also very heplful in rebooking when we changed part of the travel plan. Overall we had an amazing holiday thanks to their help!

Fantastic Service from Ami, very Professional

I was supporting my drandaughter to catch a flight to Colombo Sri Lanker, where she was to do voulnteer work with Sea Turtles. We were in london to catch flight, however l was told there was no ticket and therefore no flight by another flight company.
I contacted flight centre (Bath) Two
Consultants helped me, Amy and Mazie.
They were so helpful, understanding of situation. They both went out of there way to help and get another flight. As it was so last minute all seats flights taken with Sri lanker airline we were supposed to be on.
They were able to get a flight the next day.
I cannot praise them enough, they were proffesional, understanding of the situation. They had compassion and empathy, they gave clear instructions, excellent and reassuring communication.
I cannot speak highly enough of their work ethic

Staff were always friendly, helpful, and responsive. I visited the Bath office a couple of times organising a trip to Sydney with Maizie, and her enthusiasm was infectious. She was very helpful in helping me figure out what I wanted to do, without pressuring me to book things I didn’t want to. I appreciated the follow ups to make sure everything was ready to go, even after I had paid. Certainly a better experience than I’ve had with other travel agencies.

Ami was so patient with a number of questions - took a few days to get to a decision but so far we feel very well looked after!
