Oliver at Clapham was amazing! He was quick to find the best price and checked multiple date options within my availability. He got everything sorted quickly and efficiently. Thanks Oliver! (Much better than Mia at Chelmsford who was unhelpful and a trifle condescending.)

My daughter organised my flight to Australia via Sam and found the whole process very straightforward and Sam was very helpful. I emailed Sam a couple of times with a few minor queries and each time Sam replied very promptly and put my mind at rest. I would not hesitate to use Flight Centre and Sam McDougall agin to book a long haul flight.

Youssef was very helpful and efficient. Have used Flight Centre number ot times and always been satisfied with the service received.

Oli Hull was quick to answer whenever I phoned; our plans changed and he was cheerfully patient and saved us hours of stress to find a reasonable flight to NY, avoiding the enormous hikes around a US bank holiday. Many thanks to Oli, I'll never try to book travel arrangements independently ever again - it'll be Flight Centre every time.

Flight Centre take the stress out of booking our regular antipidean flights.
Particularly with Jade Hansen on our side.
She is rigorous in finding us reasonable trips that fit in with our timetables and is mosr generous of her time in doing so.

A friend had recommended flight centre to me and I was glad they did. Jade (Clapham branch) did a fantastic job when booking my flights. She was quick to research and was thorough in looking at all the options. She listened to all my questions patiently and gave me some great advice and was generally easy to talk too. In the future, I will definitely be using flight centre again because of this.

Youssef Elashry worked on a Dublin trip for us earlier this year & today finalised my Australia trip. Youssef patiently steered me through flight combinations, wisely advised on the benefits of comfortable departure & arrival times vs length of stay-overs, at the same time achieving the best price. Our 2 week trip to Vietnam was made extra special through the use of flight centre. Oliver Hull was informative and helped us put together an excellent itinerary. His support was greatly useful and his knowledge provided us with lots of amazing travel tips. He ensured that we got the most out of our trip by recommending places to go, what to see and adding some lovely restaurant tips. Youssef Elashry was excellent throughout our booking process. We were booking a multicentre trip to Australia and we had multiple options to consider, Youssef answered all of our questions helped us make sense of our options and streamline our trip. Sam McDougall organised our holiday to Australia and she did an amazing job. Myself and one daughter wanted to fly to Sydney to visit my youngest daughter who lives there. The hotel in Sydney was situated very near my daughter’s flat and was located near the beach. We wanted to visit Uluru, Cairns and Port Douglas and myself I wanted to visit a friend in Adelaide too. All internal flights were conveniently booked and car hire too. The hotels Sam selected for us were perfect: fridges and small kitchenette in all rooms. The locations were all perfect. Thanks to Sam we had an amazing holiday.

Fantastic experience this week at Flight Centre Clapham Junction. Jade was super-helpful and proactive. She made what seemed an impossible task for me, aranging a trip to Thailand and Australia, and meeting up with my daughter on the way, a pleasant and rewarding experience. I knew I was in safe and competent hands and I can look forward to my holiday, knowing that, if any issues arise between now and then, I can go back to Jade for help. Totally recommend Flight Centre services.
