Gary was really helpful and made the experience of book a big trip easy

We wanted to independently travel around Japan . Jamie at travel centre helped us in booking our trip, arranging great flight times with top hotels in perfect locations for our travel adventure , Would definitely use them again for our next trip

Absolutely brilliant service.

I always book my own holidays online to try and get the best deals.
I went to the flight centre as I wanted to book a two location holiday with activities and found it too complicated doing it myself.
Chey-Ann greeted us and then listened to what we were looking for. She was amazing we got everything we wanted and more and were pleasantly surprised how reasonable the cost was.
I don’t think I could of found and booked my holiday without chey-Ann’s expertise
I would recommend using flight centre if you want a holiday without all the hassle of scrolling for hours online.

Joe was excellent from start to finish. Sent updates when required, happily amended things when we needed. He sorted flights, private transfers, internal flights and tours. Excellent service and to top it the price was far more competitive than other agencies we tried.

Julia was helpful and knowledgeable.Booking process is simple.

I have just returned from a 3 week holiday in British Columbia organised by Sophie Curtis. From the start Sophie was professional and friendly offering advice and guidance in answering my queries. Sophie kept me informed of changes - a change to a connecting flight was a bit stressful but Sophie went out of her way to seek guidance from the Hotel in BC and to allay my concerns - and issued regular reminders. Needless to say everything went smoothly without any problems

Harriet was very helpful again in arranging our flights to Australia this is the second time we’ve dealt with harriet and again she got us a great deal we shall definitely be dealing with her again.

Fantastic experience this week at Flight Centre Clapham Junction. Jade was super-helpful and proactive. She made what seemed an impossible task for me, aranging a trip to Thailand and Australia, and meeting up with my daughter on the way, a pleasant and rewarding experience. I knew I was in safe and competent hands and I can look forward to my holiday, knowing that, if any issues arise between now and then, I can go back to Jade for help. Totally recommend Flight Centre services.

A really easy to use website made my booking quick, and my contact Ollie was super helpful and attentive to any questions or queries.

During a six month stay in Australia I was diagnosed with a serious illness the treatment of which ment that I would not be fit to travel on my scheduled flight back to England, I contacted Sacha Johnstone , my contact at Richmond Flight Centre, and explained the situation, which was very stressful for me and she told me not to worry at all , I gave her the date of when I would be fit to travel and she rescheduled everything for me without me having to worry about a thing, it really made things so much less stressful for me and I am very grateful for that

Jade used her knowledge and advised on the best locations and sights to see through her own experiences which is very reassuring. Harry in the Chelmsford store was first class in rearranging our flights to Australia after being cancelled because of the war. He was very helpful and arranged our trip just as we wanted. Thanks very much Harry.

I cannot recommend Alex more. He's been integral in sorting out our flights and accommodation for our trip to Japan in September. He was very patient with our constant changes and revisions to the itinerary and his recommendations have been very helpful. Would recommend him and Flight Centre to anyone looking to travel to Japan!

Michelle explored many options for us to find the best deals and accommodation. She even went off the system to meet one of our requests. We never felt rushed and she spent a lot of time with us.

Kiri was very helpful and spent time looking for the best deal for us and flights to suit dates required.
Answered all our questions with courtesy and accuracy and assisted us through the online payments process.
