What had apparently appeared to be a straightforward transaction was put into disarray by our bank. It necessitated resending the link on a few occasions. The staff were very professional, patient and helpful, especially Imogen and the whole process was completed within 24 hours without too much stress. Thank you

Had a great experience at Flight Centre, Monument today. Imogen was smiling at us as we walked through the door and seemed eager to help us. She listened to us throughout our time there and responded to our thoughts. She was the perfect balance between confidently taking control and opening options for us. As nervous holiday bookers, she enabled us to walk out of the branch assured and free to be excited about our trip to Mauritius and Dubai. We had an amazing round the world trip a couple of years ago organised by Andrew Stevens at Flight Centre. Everything was great. So great that we booked another trip to Japan, Australia and South America for April next year. Unfortunately an unexpected health issues has intervened and we can’t now go. Andrew handled the return of the agreed amount of our deposit with professionalism and real care. A great travel company.

Joshua is very professional, helpful and accommodating. He organised my three way direct flights and quoted a reasonable price.

The airline changed the internal flight time, he amended my flights promptly.

The booking made through Jamie Bawn was excellent with airport transfers all included and car hire booked. All in all a hassle free trip!

Jamie from Flight Centre booked flights for my son and his friend to fly to New Zealand via San Francisco and Honolulu. Included was a transfer and overnight accommodation in Auckland before a flight to Queenstown the next day. The process to check in online for each flight was smooth. All flights were on time. Price was good. Nice to know two 18 year olds were in safe hands.

Our experience with Imogen Altmann has been excellent. We have used Imogen for a few trips, and when an issue arose regarding a delay of 48 hours due to airline operational difficulties, Imogen was informative, supportive, and secured compensation. At times when issues occur, the service you receive tells you if the company and their individuals are willing to go the extra mile.
