Excellent service. We had a good idea of what we wanted but received lots of useful advice which helped us to make our final decision. We ended up using Flight Centre as a partial package deal at a very competitive price. Hannah was always prompt at dealing with our questions and issues and it was nice to have a person to speak to as well as email. I am retired airline staff and this is the second time I’ve used Flight Centre. I would highly recommend them.

Íris is great! Always so friendly and helpful in getting me the best deals possible for my flights. Even when I'm being picky about layover times or calling from abroad to find my next flights etc, íris always finds a solution. No one else I would ask or trust to help me! Highly recommend!

We have just returned from a 2 centre holiday to Cyprus and Dubai which Iris at the Richmond office organised for us. She was always very quick to respond and deal with any questions/requests that we had and overall we were very pleased with the service that she provided and will have no hesitation in asking Iris to arrange future holidays for us, wherever they may be.

I went into the Flight Centre in Richmond and saw Sacha with a vague idea of going round the world including stop overs in San Francisco/Auckland/Hong Kong. I only had a short timescale of 3 weeks. Sacha came up with a superb itinerary culminating in a tour of the South Island In NZ. The comprehensive guidance notes worked like clockwork including all the excursions/flights/airport pick up’s and I never felt alone or stranded. It was a holiday of a lifetime visiting everything that needed to be seen with hotels in perfect locations. Thank you Sacha

Sacha listened to us and, having started at a very modest price point, helped us find an amazing hotel 10 mins from everything! It made all the difference to our 4 day city break. Everything was smooth and straightforward, couldn't have been better.

I booked my trip to Bali with HANNAH HOLZER and the level of customer service I received from her was amazing. She was always happy to answer questions that popped up and replied really fast too. I even got a call when my flight was rescheduled to make sure everything was ok. If Hannah wasnt available there was always someone else happy to help. I saved a lot of money using Flight Centre, it was much cheaper than booking any other way. I had the best holiday ever and I highly recommend the team at Richmond.10/10

Hannah Joy helped me organise my trip to the US with flights and car rental which made the trip very easy and problem free. She was pleasant, professional and very easy to deal with. I can highly recommend her to any traveller.

They Sold me a ticket a Year in advance and told me it was first class { £780} Bargain i thought ? 8 moths later got the Tickets and they were 300 pound crap tickets ? the women who had sold the bent tickets mrs KERNS ? Remember that Name pretended she was a man too fill in the paper work , when i demanded my money back i was arrested for Threatening behaviour and fined £900 ? TOSSERS ....

Samantha is the girl who deals with my bookings and she is extremely helpful and friendly.

I made first call regards my trip to Australia and spoke with Hannah Holzer at Richmond by telephone. The flights and stop overs were excellent. Everything I requested Hannah made easy and straight forward. Excellent timings. Always answered my questions quick via email and was very patient. Excellent price as I did do my research with other companies and Hannah and Flight centre were the best flights and price .

Flight centre was good and helpful with reminders for an organised trip. Sadly Malaysian airlines was the down fall…..haven’t used them in years and I mean years but standards have slipped….some of the planes seemed old, the transfer in KL returning from Perth was in a dingy part of the transfer gates, no organisation or information as gates were slow to open and no water fountains in a stuffy waiting area.

Sacha provided excellent customer service from booking all the way through our final flight. Responsive, helpful and knowledgeable.

Jess Nicholls is a star and she’s always been very prompt and innovative when suggesting alternatives to a schedule but more to the point, patient when I come back for more ideas for you to research.
In all the dealings with Flight Centre, you have never put a foot wrong!
